To Sit On The Left and On The Right

And He said to her, “What do you wish?” She said to Him, “Grant that these two sons of mine may sit, one on Your right hand and the other on the left, in Your kingdom.” But Jesus answered and said, “You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to Him, “We are able.” So He said to them, “You will indeed drink My cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared by My Father.”

You must be having a question in mind, what this is all about.

To Sit on the Left hand and the Right hand is not an ordinary wish to hear.

On the text, it was a wished of the mother for his sons who are apostles of the Lord Jesus. And was explained too the gravity of her wish and they understood it. But the final call who will sit was not in the hand of The Lord Jesus. It's on The Father.

Because on the right hand of the sitting is The Lord Jesus, while on the left is none. Because he left the throne and the heavens was the first 👼 angel, and wanted to make his own glory and wanted to be served not to serve.

The difference between the Right and the Left. The Light and Darkness.

See. I'm sure you wouldn't want to be one on the Left, but on the Right always.

In this verse: The ONE on the Left blasphemed Jesus by saying what is in the verse.

There were also two others, criminals, led with Him to be put to death.
