"Luke? Do you have anything you'd like to say?" Asks Liz, watching him carefully from her seat on the sofa.

Luke hasn't looked up properly since Michael drove him back to his parents house. He's only glanced at Michael sitting opposite him occasionally, unable to hold anyone's eye contact for any length of time.

"Well, in that case I'll speak for your father and me," Liz says when Luke doesn't respond. She barely looks at Andy who's sitting next to her, she hasn't been able to look at him for any length of time either since he came home without Luke, having beaten Michael up outside Arq.

"We want you to come home. It's where you belong. And I think Michael would agree," She says, casting a glance over to Michael who's quietly sitting by himself in a corner of the room.

"What difference does it make what Michael..."

"Excuse me! I'm speaking!" Liz cuts her husband off as he's talking. Andy hasn't been able to understand why Liz even let Michael into their house, let alone why she's now brought him into the conversation. "Kindly let me finish," Liz tells Andy with a look and he very reluctantly shuts up, almost biting his tongue in two with the effort.

"Luke?" Liz asks, turning back to her son who's still fiddling with the buttons on his school blazer that's laid in his lap.

"Look at your Mum Luke," Michael says encouragingly from his corner of the room. He's trying to right some wrongs but it's difficult when Luke won't even look at anyone.

Luke looks up at Michael, gazing at the beautiful man sitting opposite him and wonders how they even got to this point. Michael raises his eyebrows ever so slightly, flicking his eyes gently towards the sofa that his parents are sitting on. Fine, if Michael wants him to look at them, he'll look at them.

"You're staying here," Liz tells him softly, like she would when she'd reassure him as a child.

"Only if Dad says he's sorry to Michael," Luke tells her, looking at his father. He needs Michael to be apologised to.

"Luke, he is the one who should be apologising to you for Christsakes!" Andy stands up, instantly agitated. "For making you think he loved you!"

"He never said he loved me!" Luke looks up at his father. "He said it was just a fuck, that's all."

Andy screws his face up at the mental picture of his son being fucked in the ass by this molester, running his hand through his hair as Liz shuts her eyes against the brutality of the words, knowing that Luke was serious when he'd told them that he loved Michael.

"And I'm okay with that, because that's, that's all it was. All it should be." Luke trips over his words a little but is reassured when Michael gives him the tiniest of smiles. Its never been just fucking to Luke, but it clearly is to Michael and he can't have Michael beaten up or reported to the Police when clearly Luke had stupidly made more of it than he should have done.

"I think you should go to your room now," Liz tells him quietly, eager to get all of this behind them and to go back to normal.

"One more thing Luke," Andy speaks up just as Luke's about to leave the room.

"Andy..." Warns Liz, not wanting anything to spoil that moment. She sits, her heart falling and her fingers pressed to her mouth, listening to Andy undo everything that has just been accomplished.

"No, I'm going to say this Liz. If you're going to live in this house there are rules that you have to obey. You are not to go to gay bars or talk about your disgusting lifestyle. And you are never, never to see him again," Andy points to Michael in the corner as Luke's mouth falls open with his father's demands.
