Daniel's POV

"What about this?"

She asks coming out of the dressing room in a baby yellow halter neck top and a navy blue tight jeans with black ankle length high heel boots. I take time to admire her gorgeous body as she turns and waltzes around the chair am seated on.
"You rock babe. You look amazing."
"You said same thing with the last three outfits I chose. What's wrong with you?"
She asks cupping my face in her hands.
"I said that? I didn't say the rocking babe part."
She smiles and says,
"It's final am picking this one and the purple evening dress and the golden heels I can see you're already getting bored. Elio might be crying. I already miss my baby."

She says going back to the dressing room. I pull her back and kiss her. A few people are already casting glances at us and taking photos.
She comes out carrying the stuff she's buying. After paying, Javier signals us to follow him out shielding us from the crowd of reporters standing at the doorway ready to dig into Y'vania's life.
All the way back home Y'vania doesn't talk to me all she does is chuckle slightly or offers a faint smile when Javier says something funny.
When the car pulls on the garage Javier gets out talking to someone on phone. I open the door and step outside but not quick enough Y'vania pulls me back in and shuts the door staring daggers at me.

"Ouch! Babe you're squeezing my wrist way too tight."
She loosens the grip and lets out a smirk.
"What's the problem with you today?"
I ask freeing my hand from her grip.

"I should be asking you the same
thing Mr husband."

She asks in a sarcastic tone. I smile holding her hands into mine.

"It's nothing Mrs wife. Just tired maybe and my dad called this morning just to piss me off but I am okay don't worry. OK let's go we need enough time to prepare ourselves for today's event."
She opens the door to her side and gets out throwing the bags on my lap.

"Your punishment for keeping me worried."

I smile picking them and heading in with her a few steps ahead of me.

"At least she bought that."

"What did you just say?"

She asks as she opens the door wide and signals me to get in stifling a smile.
"Nothing."

I say with a shrug.

"Okay ladies first."

She says faking a man's voice.

"Well at least am not the lady here just get in."

She narrows her eyes and tackles me in attempt to make me fall but she fails and ends up on my back laughing as I threaten to drop her.
Javier ends the call and stares at us shaking his head and mutters something under his breath taking the grocery bags and heading to the kitchen.
"What's with you guys today acting all weird? Wait are you pregnant? Javier let's start with you. Who is the father?"
She asks getting off my back and calling out for Elio's nanny.

Javier drops the bags on the counter and chuckles.
I grab a can of doctor pepper from the fridge and sit on the couch directing my gaze on my phone.

Y'vania talks to the nanny for a while after confirming that the baby is taking a nap. She gives orders for today's programs then heads to her bedroom.

When I heard people saying the world is a weird place I really didn't trust them at first but now I have enough reasons to. You never know what tomorrow brings and how people change.
Ever since the miscarriage issue which we tried our best to hide from the press Y'vania and I have been handling this wife/husband thing really well and had everyone believing it. We always joke about it calling each other Mr and Mrs husband and wife. Y'vania started it as soon as we got out of the hospital a few weeks later. Quoting what the doctor always said. She always had to start her statement with "your husband said or your husband did. So now she calls me "my husband" or "Mr husband"
During the first days after the miscarriage she was broken and so sad but after seeing a psychology therapist for a month she started to see everything with a different point of view and I can say she has mastered the art of letting go. I knew she was going to be the best mother to her baby.
Baby Elio is now four months old and Y'vania is starting to resume her work duties and studies.
I can say that she is back to her normal self, not fully but she's learning to accept things as they are.
