"Ahhhhhh!" Lilia screams, for literally no reason.

"Lilia Rose! Do not do that again." I say.

She looks at me with her puppy dog eyes and her lip starts quivering.

"Mommy didn't mean to scare you, babe. I'm sorry." I pick her up from my bed and rock her in my arms before she starts crying.

Once she's calmed down, I lay her back down on the bed to change her diaper. We had just woken up to an empty house, so I planned on packing up our stuff and getting everything ready for our flight that leaves at 11 pm, tonight.

"Are you ready to go back home, princess?" I ask, sitting her up when I finish changing her.

"Ya!" She bounces up and down on her butt and I laugh, kissing her forehead.

"You're such a cutie." I give her my phone and start picking up all the stuff Lilia had managed to get on the floor since yesterday.

This includes toys, books, and clothes that she had taken from her suitcase and thrown around the room.

"Lily, you might think about playing softball. You have a very strong arm for a 10 month old child."

I turn on some music to get me more excited about cleaning, and everything is packed and ready to go in a little under 45 minutes.

I take Lilia downstairs to get something to eat since she had been snacking on yogurt melts and milk since she woke up.

"What would you like for breakfast, honey?"

I search the cabinets and the fridge for something Lilia will actually eat, and settle on oatmeal so I can eat some too.

I put Lilia in her high chair and cook the oatmeal in the microwave because that's faster and I don't have time for hunger tantrums. 

"Here you go, baby. Enjoy. And don't make a mess."

I eat my oatmeal first and by the time I'm done, Lilia has barely eaten any.

"You're so spoiled." I feed Lilia her oatmeal until she refuses to eat anymore, then I clean up the kitchen and take Lilia upstairs to get her dressed.

I just put her in a plain black onesie and pink leggings with white socks, that are probably gonna end up scattered around the house before we leave tonight.

"Now I have no idea what to do. You wanna watch a movie, princess?"

I turn the TV on and look on Netflix for something to watch. I already know Lilia isn't going to pay attention so I pick a movie that will entertain me and just give her my phone.
