Chapter Three

4:15pm
Abdulhamid POV

   I pulled up in front of Kawu's house
"Abba please get the bag from the back" I said getting out of the car
   Walking to the front door, I knocked twice before someone abruptly opened the door.
  "Yaya Abdul" Fuziya said beaming up at me
"Fuzy baby, ya kike" I said pulling her into a bone crushing hug.
  "Fauziya! How long does it take to answer the door" Aunty Lami yelled from the kitchen.
  I quickly walked into the the house and towards the kitchen, the sitting room was filled we various delicacies, the house was busy with people going helter skelter getting ready for Farida's wedding, a few yelling Abdul here and there.
  "Mama" I said walking into the kitchen, and hugging her a little
"ina wuni" I continued getting down on one knee
"ina wuni mama" Abba karami said behind me also on one knee.
" my babies, Aunty Lami said pulling us towards her, giving us a few kisses on the cheeks.
"Aunty Ewww" Abba karami said using his sleeves to wipe at his cheeks
"so your mom can't show you how much she misses you anymore" she said tugging at his ear, causing him to yelp in pain
  "Mama you can kiss me all you want" I said returning a kiss on her cheek
"hmm, I know you aren't here to see me, it's your uncle you came to see"
She said getting back to work
  "go and see him first, you can come back for some food after" she said smiling
  "mama, it's masa I want o" Abba karami said teasingly
"wawa, sai abinchi ka sani" she said laughing.
I pulled Abba out of the kitchen and we headed to kawu's study.
