I did not know when my friends planned on telling me they no longer wanted to be my friends, but I knew that would not happen. I would flee before they would be able to. The moon was high up in the sky, showing it was somewhere in the middle of the night, so I hastily packed some important things in my [AnyColour] saddle bag. I took some food and a jacket just in case I was cold.

I then peered out of my window, to check if any pony was around, but the Ponyville streets were deserted and silent at night time. I closed my front door tight behind me, and took a deep breath of the night's crisp air. It was both refreshing calming. I then used my wings to soar into the jewelled sky, and leave Ponyville, forever.

I must have been flying for quite a while, since I no longer saw any signs of civilisation around me, and the Celestial sun was slowly rising from the east. This indicated to me that I must have been flying up north all these hours. I passed miles of forests, plains hills and mountains on my travel. My eyes however, soon felt heavy, so I decided to take shelter in a cave located below me. The cave seemed empty and peaceful, so I laid my aching body down on the stone floor, and almost instantly fell asleep.

My sleep passed uninterrupted and I woke up feeling rested, even though the stone floor wasn't the most comfortable thing around. I didn't hesitate to carry my journey on, not knowing where I was really travelling anyway. All I knew is that I wanted to be as far from Ponyville as possible, and I knew I couldn't have gone to another city in Equestria since I had to do the Community work in Ponyville. So exile was my only way to be. A feeling deep down in my gut told me, that soon all of Equestria would be looking for me, since I was a traitor and still didn't finish my punishment.

I ate two apples for breakfast, leaving 3 more and some hay for the days to come. I knew this was not much, but I was certain I would find some bush or tree with other fruit to eat. The day was breezy and warm, with very few clouds around which were really good conditions to fly in. Also the sun wasn't too high up in the sky, meaning I did not sleep long and I had almost the whole day to carry on with my journey. I then continued to fly above miles of land, to an unknown destination.

As I was flying above some plains, my eyes noticed a small town in the distance, it looked peacefully quiet, and there were a few ponies trotting around. For a moment, I had to consider if it was safe for me to go there, without being recognised as a traitor or something. I really wanted to resupply my food and drink, so I was desperate to go.

I landed at the edge of the town, and slowly trotted to its Market centre. There were many stalls owned by the towns residents, which contained all sorts of food. A stall with fresh croissants caught my attention in particular. I gracefully galloped over to the stall which was run by a bulky stallion with a light blue coat and dark purple wavy mane.

"Hullo there!" He said cheerfully.

"Hello Sir, I'm looking to buy three croissants please." I asked politely.

"Sure thing, that will be three coins."

"Yes I've got them here." I said pulling out three coins from my bag, noticing I had four left. I packed the croissants in my bag, and as I did so, he started to speak again.

"New to this town?" He asked curiously.

"Just passing by." I said trying to be as discreet as possible with my real intentions. Suddenly another stallion roared in the distance behind me.

"There she is!" He shouted. I turned around only to see a whole unit of Princess Celestias guards behind me. Instantly, I flapped my wings and tried to escape, leaving the five guards behind, however two of them were also pegasi.

They flew fast trying to catch up, capture, imprison me or whatever else they were ordered to do. The city was now behind me in the distance, however the two guards were still right behind me. The bags were really slowing me down, but that was the only food I had. Then another idea popped into my head. As I was trying to escape, I took the croissants out of my bag, and threw then behind me. One of the guards was hit with a croissant in their face, and they fell to the floor, leaving one guard almost catching up. He avoided the other two croissants I threw at him.

I had nothing else to throw, and there was no way I could have made him lose my track since all there was around me was plains. With pain in my gut, I ripped off the belt holding my bag, which was big enough for the guard to hit even though he was trying to avoid it. He fell to the floor along with my bag, and I used this chance to fly much faster and out of their sight.

>>>>>Time pass<<<<<<

My journey continued peacefully the following day, but I knew I had no food on me, and my stomach now growled furiously. I found a few berry bushes in the forest, but the fruits weren't ripe enough to eat, so I drank as much water as I could from a nearby stream.

I realised I must have been outside of Equestria now, since there was no sigh of pony life, and the days were only getting colder, even though it was spring. In the distance, I saw lots of snowy mountains, a good place to find a cave and make a temporary home. However I misjudged the distance, and it took me another whole day to reach them. It was very cold, and my hooves shivered, but I covered myself with a jacket to try stay as warm as possible.

Being alone for so long, gave me a lot of time to think about my friends. Or my ex-friends by now. They hated me anyway. Just for a mistake. How much it hurt to be rejected for something I did not know will happen. I also thought about the moment I passed the crystal heart over to King Sombra. What did I feel then? Why did I do it? I tried to find the answer to a question only I could answer. These regular thoughts left me crying oftenly, as my journey continued day after day.

I soon lost count of how many days I must have been travelling for, I was weak and I shivered from the northern cold. There was only snow and mountains around me, and the only kind of food was water from nearby caves. My hoofs felt numb and so did my heart, from all the physical and emotional pain I felt in the past weeks. I started to feel hopeless, that there was no other place for me to ever live peacefully, away from those pony glares and stares that showed I was a traitor.

The next day there was a furious blizzard, I could hardly see anything ahead of me, the snow pierced my skin with pain, and I barely moved due to the cold and thick snow. That was it, I would die here alone. My head felt dizzy, I haven't eaten, and my body itself was cold as ice. No pony would have ever found my body out here, and Id die in peace, and in pain.

I collapsed. My body thumped onto the snow, and the world around me began to spin. I was ready to die. Right there and then, but before my eyes fully closed, I saw something. It was a group of ponies in the distance. They headed in my direction. They're probably the angels to take me away , I thought. And then my eyes closed.
