Chapter 46 - The world moves on.

* Twelve years later *

Over a decade has passed since the birth of the alicorn named Saber... The news of the birth of that foal spread far and wide.

Many miles to the south, in Equestria, Celestia has eventually claimed Luna to be 'better' and announced to the Mane 6 that they no longer needed to keep a watch on the moon princess. She was now able to roam free once again.

The 6 heroic mares returned finally to their hometown, Ponyville. Being unable to use the fireplace in Celestia's office to send letters, meant that Twilight and the other girls were no longer able to keep regular contact with [YN]. Unless they would visit Canterlot on the rare occasion.

Sombra even lost contact with Cadence after finding out that she had a baby Unicorn with a stallion named Shining Armor. Cadence and Shining left Canterlot in order to start living a peaceful life in Rainbow Falls and wanting to raise their filly there.

Many many miles to the East, a certain stallion grew sour and vengeful. He felt used and betrayed by somepony he thought would give him hope. His name was Stello.

The stallion cursed the existence of his younger brother Sombra. His envy outgrew him into hatred and spite. He also despised a mare called [YN]. He helped her, and nursed her back to health, and she let Sombra get rid of him like he were nothing. The more years passed, the more pain Stello felt over it.

[YN]'s biological mother, Cheryl, moved permanently to Ponyville in hopes to live the last years of her life in a peaceful terrain. She knew she caused [YN] a lot of pain, so she never pushed towards further contact with her daughter than it was necessary.

A stallion named Feilip whom moved to Manehattan years ago, was now the owner of a photography studio. In love with fashion and mares, he dedicated himself to perfecting this art.

Everypony had dreams...

Everypony had goals...

But not everypony had good intentions...

[As I said, this chapter is a little short and it briefly fills you all on the stuff happened outside of what [YN] is aware of. Also, I am aware I said that Cadence had a baby unicorn, because this is best fitting for the story. I have started writing Sombra x Reader before the canon Cadence had Flurry Heart, and I don't want to add another alicorn to the story.]
