Chapter 44 - A new member of the family.

* Three weeks later *

It has been some time since Sombra and I had unprotected sex. We didn't go over what would happen if I ended up pregnant. In fact, we avoided the topic entirely as we both decided simply not to worry about it. Anyway, Sombra's little accident during our 'first time' happened like three weeks ago, so by now I'd probably know if I was pregnant or not.

It was a sunny morning with moderate wind. I was sitting lazily on a chair and watching Sombra travel hastily from one end of our bedroom to another. He suddenly stopped, and tired looked at me.

"[YN], I am doing all the packing here." He complained. His tone was rather calm though.

"Well done!" I cheered, in a way to mess with him. Sombra glared.

"Could you help?" He asked, continuing his calm and patient tone, not joining in with my humor. I sighed and nodded.

"Alright."

In silence, we then both packed a few bags with stuff we would need in Equestria. It was Rainbow Dash's birthday, and she organized it in Canterlot hoping to be able to invite a lot of ponies.

At first, Sombra rejected Dash's invitation for her birthday, saying that while Luna is there in Canterlot, he will not approach that place. However after many pleading scrolls from my friends and even Cadence herself, Sombra finally agreed.

We eventually finished packing the things we needed and we both sighed in relief. I used this time to put on my royal dress, crown and sandals. Sombra smiled, levitated the bags and then beckoned me to follow him, so I did.

We peacefully traveled through the very familiar corridors of the Castle. I yawned and then looked at Sombra in a questioning way.

"So what are we going to get for Dash?" I wondered realising we were running out of time. Sombra gently smiled.

"I already took care of that." He replied softly.

"Oh. What is it then?" I asked, sounding a little less excited.

"You will see." He replied, stopping by the throne room. There were two guards inside. They both stood beside a very large crate. It was as tall as two stallions and about the size of a large square table that would easily fit eight ponies.

"Uh, what's in there?" I asked in a sceptical tone.

Sombra ignored my question and went to the guards, levitating our bags to them. He thanked, and ordered them to be taken to our carriage. This quickly resulted in me and the stallion staying behind alone.

"So?" I asked impatiently eyeing the large crate.

Sombra rolled his eyes and used his magic to open the crate. Inside, was something that looked like.... a bath? I gave Sombra a questioning look.

"As part of the Wonderbolts, Rainbow Dash does a lot of training, right?" He asked, but continued before I could reply. "So I got her this hot tub she can relax in, privately, whenever she pleases to do so." He explained, sounding quite proud of himself.

I looked at the hot tub again, it looked very expensive. It was clearly big enough to fit in at least six ponies. I also noticed it had pop up speakers, lights, and even a cup holder to the side.

"Fancy." I said bluntly, not being sure how to feel about this. Sombra looked concerned.

"Do you not like it?" He asked.

"I do, I'm just not sure how she will feel about a hot tub. You don't even know if she will have room for it, she doesn't live in a castle like you do." I said. Sombra looked at me and then the hot tub.
