"Write about a moment in your grandparent's life."

Tough one, for I hardly knew them very well. We stayed in a place that was quite far from both the sets of grandparents; maternal grandfather we did meet during the summer holidays when we went with my mother, but paternal grandparents who stayed with my uncle, we did not visit them so much. My parents were the youngest in both their families, so by the time we came along, most of our cousins were already grown up, and my paternal grandparents were old and not so enamoured by grandchildren, I guess.
Or maybe I was a precocious young girl who was not too enamoured with her grandparents, but whatever the case might be, I really do not have many memories of them
