"Imagine you are in a classroom. What does it say on the chalkboard?"

I will not imaging a classroom. I need not do so. I can remember a classroom; vivid and fresh as it, quite a few years ago, when I was still in school.

Our chemistry class where we had to write down the diagrammatic representation of an organic chemical, I unfortunately do not recall the name. Anyway, the trick to 'drawing' it out, for any hydrocarbon, was to first write down as many 'C' as there were carbons, connect the inner ones with double lines, and then fill in the others for the free bonds. However, that day in that class, none of us remembered it , or maybe we did not want to attempt it and after a long lecture by our chemistry teacher, who sort of called us to be lazy idiots, he turned to the board and set about 'drawing' it out.

It went well till he managed to write out the 'C's. After that there was nothing, no writing, just staring at the blackboard.

And we students,  a naughty and slightly rude bunch, burst into muffled laughter. Needless to say, it was not well received.
