"Write a poem that will help someone who is sick feel better quick!"

I heard you are down with flue,
And unable to get out of bed;
I should say I am sorry for you,
But there is some more to be said.
Now that you cannot run away,
With a fever running high;
In bed you do have to stay,
And read with a bleary eye.
The cold is bad, but poetry is worse,
Especially if there is no sense or reason;
But if they can provoke you to curse,
You could treat it as bitter medicine.The poems are bad, they make you swoon,
Even though the lines always rhyme;
You can stop them if you get well soon,
Or you'll keep getting them, each noon time.Hope this bad poetry is enough to make you better :-)
