"Not quite. You'll still be training. You are still students after all." I cringed slightly looking back to see Ghost frowning in the corner of the room. They said he doesn't remember anything. They even went so far as to say this Jimmy was a separate personality. That we couldn't blame Ghost for what Jimmy did but... I don't know. Why would they let him just stay? Why would they let him stay in the class with all of us? And to think... Caz... he could've...

No one ever told me what happened. They never even told me if Cassidy was ok. I had to find that on my own. I tried going to his dorm but... I felt sick. As soon as I came close to his door, there was this... I don't know how to explain it. It just made me very ill. I ended up having to turn around and leave. That whole night I was a total wreck. It wasn't until class the next weak did I actually get to see he was ok.

"Now who's not paying attention." I looked up to see Caz standing there and I jumped in surprise. "Seriously, and you call me the moron. Class is over dumbass."

"Why do you always call me a dumbass?" He narrowed his eyes in confusion and I punched his arm causing him to cry out a bit. I always hated hurting him but I had a part to play. If I let up now I could fail. I just... If he leaves, he'll never be put in danger like he was the other day. That's all I want. I want him to be safe. "What... Do you think your smarter than me or something?"

"Think? No..." He smiled slightly as he started picking up his own desk. "I don't think I'm smarter. I am smarter."

"Now you sound like Logan. At least he as a reason. He's got super intelligence to back it shit up." I saw Cassidy's face fall and I frowned. He reached up gingerly touching his mask before shaking himself out of his thoughts and left without saying another world. "Hey... Wait up... Asshole!" I ran after him yelling as I did. When I finally reached him I went to shove him into a wall but he sidestepped and I ended up being the one the face planted.

"Leave me the hell alone, Roman. I'm not a punching bag." He quickly ran off before I could do anything and I just sat there in shock. I... I know that... But... If I don't get you to see how dangerous it is for you, you'll never leave.

"He's not weak you know?" I looked up to see Patton standing there with his hand out for me. I took it and he helped me up. I just rubbed the back of my head in embarrassment as he laughed. "He's stronger than he looks. Of course, he'd have to be, when he has to deal with you."

"Don't..." Patton looked down and I sighed. "I know you want to help. And... I'm sorry for making you do all that to him but... He's not safe here. Knowing him things are just bound to happen." Patton started to get confused and I laughed. We started making our way to the cafeteria and I spotted Caz again. I frowned but Patton was already making his way over to him. I went and grabbed some food. When I finally got back Patton was jumping up and down like a little school kid and Caz just looked uncomfortable.

"Seriously? You're serious? You'll show me?! AMAZING!" I cringed as I made my way over. Patton was practically screaming.

"What are you two talking about?" I said as I sat down. Caz shot me a dirty look but then sighed seeing how happy Patton was. "Did something happen again?"

"Jesus, you make it sound like I'm accident prone." Caz groaned and Patton slowly stopped starting to get confused again.

"Well, thing do happen to happen around you." I whispered as I took a bite of my pizza. Caz's face darkened and I could see his hand start to twitch. Why is he always twitching? He never did that when he was younger. And what with the headaches...

"What are you talking about, kiddo?" I looked over to see Patton very worried and I sighed. Well, shit...

"Nothing. It's just... When we were younger all these things would happen. Like the toaster blew up. The fridge turned into a literal ice block. The tv started going haywire. There was even this time he ended up..." Catching on fire... and I shoved him into a stream. He didn't realize what had happened. Only my part in it. "Nevermind." Patton started looking bettween the two of us and I frowned. "I thought maybe it was my fault. You know since most of the time it was all thing I could do with my power but... It wasn't. I then thought maybe Caz actually did have power but he kept denying it. Soon after he got that mask though everything seemed to stop... Must be a good luck charm huh."

"Yeah... a good luck charm." His hands started shaking bad and I groaned in frustration.

"So, Freak..." Patton yelled at me but Caz looked up with a slight smile and I looked away. "Do you have an idea where we might be going? You know, since you oh so smart."

"Not a damn clue."
