This blinding light tore through the space burning my eyes until I was forced to close them. To be honest, I was glad that it happened. It seemed to snap me out of whatever was going on. Thomas's energy was overpowering everything. It was all I could feel everywhere I focused. It wasn't that long though that something else started to seep through. Something warm and smells like smores?
I slowly opened my eyes to see smoke drowning out the light plunging everything into darkness. Smoke? As in...
"Need some help, Thomas?" Mark! I couldn't hold back the smile I got just from hearing his voice. This is perfect! Now I just have to get close enough to the teacher. There was just one problem... I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING!
To say I was fumbling around in the dark would be an understatement. I was desperately trying to sift through the different energies as I stumbled through the black. I could already identify pretty much all of them. Seans was toxic. Dans was depressing. Thomas's was parental. Jimmys was wild. Damiens was intimidating. We've gone over that but then you have the other ones. I could feel them all.
Phil's was light like Thomas but it didn't have that parental feel to it. No his was kind and soft, like a best friend that wants to help cheer you up. Felix's was... intense. It wasn't that he was strong, he was but that's beside the point. No, it was just that he made an impact. As if saying look at me bro's, It's Papa Pewds, there was no ignoring his presence. His energy felt like a slap in the face.
Marks... Mark's felt safe. Safe and warm and comforting... Like a nice cozy fire on a cold day... like being wrapped up in a comfort blanket snuggled up next to your mother as she read you a bedtime story... like everything was going to be ok because he was there to help lift you up.
I wonder what Roman experiences with all these different energies. He never really explained his new power to me. Stop Caz, you need to focus. I took a deep breath and once again scanned the area only to groan in frustration. This was all too frustrating. I couldn't see anything. All the energy was muddled about. I am losing my patience fast.
I spotted a glint of gold and frowned as it froze up. I saw it turn to look at me with eyes that clearly said 'Shit, I've been spotted, Bro's'. I watched as Stephano slowly but surely inched away from me melting back into to the black with a phase whispered out from his lips... 'Zero deaths'. This was getting ridiculous!
"EVERYONE STOP!" I threw my arms out as in a fit of frustrated rage feeling this massive force tear through everything. The smoke cleared out instantaneously and I smile feeling the intense energy nearly die out. Everyone was standing there in total shock. Mark was trying to bring the smoke back but it wasn't working. They all looked like deers in headlights. Total nullification. I was waiting to use it. Now that Marks hear I didn't really see a point in waiting. It was time to end this stupid training session. I'm tired. I'm pissed. And honestly... I want to curl up and cry of this stupid power I seem to have gotten.
"What just..." Mark tensed up as he watched me with bated breath approaching him. If he quits than that's it. So he just has to give up. "Cassidy?"
"Mark..." I stopped right in front of him and already I could see the fear in everyone's eyes. They don't know my powers. Damien was the only one smiling as he knew what I was going to do. "Can I just say something?" The teacher's eyes narrowed in confusion as I crossed my arms. "I am certainly not tired with all this. So... might I give a suggestion? End the training session."
"Y-Yeah... sure thing, Caz." The teachers all seemed to falter as Marks eyes glossed over. He smiled a little as he held his hand up. "I give up. Training over."
"I also suggest giving us all the rest of the day..." I could see the effects branching out as the teachers all started to look zoned out. "...no more classes we are all very tired."
"Your right. This was a lot." Marks voice nearly dropped to a monotone as I smiled. I might be abusing it now I really don't care. He can yell at me later for it. Payback for the burns.
"Oh... and I suggest having Roman stay behind and help with something. He was a bit lacking in today's lesson, maybe he needs a lesson in discipline cooperation."
"CASSIDY!" I held back the chuckle on my lips as Damien burst out laughing. What? Roman spend the most part of the school year bulling me and shit. I love the guy so much but that doesn't mean I'm not going to take a chance at revenge. He'll be fine.
"Of course, Cassidy. Now... please head to your dorms to rest. Classes are canceled for the rest of today." I beamed as I ran. I didn't wait for them to turn and say 'ha, gotcha bitch'. I was tired. By the time I made it my dorm, I was so exhausted I collapsed on the floor. Even though I was a giddy mess. I just kaa-ed the shit out of the teachers! How is that even possible? Part of me was freaking out about it because that now 6 powers and an already broken mind but...
I just 'Imperiused' them all. HA!
"Shit, that was... that was actually really fun."
