Maybe Mali was right, maybe we could be a thing? I kissed her back. I held her hand in mine and she rested her head in the crook of my neck. "I haven't been this happy in a long time." I held my hand to her waist.
"Yeah, me too Cal." She said into a light whisper. I decided that I would just take this as an opportunity to be happy. Last time this happened, I became depressed, all because of Hazel.
We eventually left the circus and walked back. We stepped inside my house, hand in hand. Mali took notice and smiled brightly. "Shauna is coming over guys, she's spending the night!" Mali said walking away into her new room.
"Do you want to spend the night here?" Harmony nodded her head, "I'd rather be with you." We made popcorn and went upstairs to watch whatever movie was on television.
We spent what was left of the night, in my room, talking. About everything.
The next morning Harmony and Shauna went home. I never saw Shauna last night, but somehow she was home with us. Harmony told me that she'd see me later, but she'd text me.
"You guys are so cute together! I knew you two would be a thing." Mali said. I couldn't help but to smile so grand. "Calum and Harmony sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-G" Mali sang. All I could do was chuckle.
"You kissed her!?" Mali shouted with excitement. "I wish I could deny it, but...I can't." I admitted. "Oh my God Calum this is fantastic! Will I be an aunty?" Mali asked then winked. This escalated quickly... "We're not that serious...yet." I confirmed.
"Calum, I really am happy for you!" Mali said while she slipped on her jacket. "Where are you going?" I asked Mali. "I've got to go and pick up some profiles and extra things. Since I'm taking my classes online, I have to now go and get my certificates and some extra things. I'll be back tonight maybe." Mali said stepping out.
