Calum

Hazel immediately fled the room, after we hugged. I actually told her everything. I took a minute to bring myself back to reality.   I raced downstairs to find her, but I couldn't. She was gone.  Harmony spotted me though, and then Mali. "Hey babe, what's wrong?" She asked me. I wrapped my arms around Harmony.

"It's nothing, I'm fine." I told her. "Are you sure?" Harmony knew something wasn't right, but I wasn't gonna tell her anything; it would hurt her to much. "You two are so cute." Mali said turning around.

"Calum!" I turned around to see who it was that called my name. Luke motioned for me to walk over. "I'm gonna be right back." I walked over to Luke, who looked antsy. "How'd everything go?" He asked me.

"Hazel...I don't know. She hugged me, so... I don't know." Luke made this surprised facial expression. "What's the next step?" He asked me. All I could do was shrug my shoulders, I had no idea either.

I left everybody at the party, and got back home sometime early in the morning.  I don't really know what time for sure.  I went straight to bed with my head in my hands.

I woke up the next morning to my phone buzzing.  Harmony.  I answered the call and held my phone to my ear.   "Good morning princess."  I said through the phone.  I was hungover.  "Good morning babe,  are you hungover right now?  I wanted to talk to you about something..."

Through the phone call,  Harmony proceeded to question me about my behavior from last night.  I explained to her that I just wasn't feeling good at all.  She seemed to understand.  "Well if you need to talk about something, I'm here for you. No matter what Cal."   Harmony was sweet to me, even though I didn't deserve it.

The next few days at school were awkward. I kept seeing Hazel everywhere I went. Besides class with her. We haven't even talked since the party.

"I want you all to work with different people instead of working with your friends this time. School isn't about leisure, it's about learning...." Our teacher was assigning us partners, we had a social experiment to work on.  And guess who got the shirt end of the stick? Me.
