Hazel

Calum and I haven't even talked since the party.   Everything felt super weird between us. After everything that's happened, I'd be okay with just being friends.

"I want you all to work with different people instead of working with your friends this time.  School isn't about leisure, it's about learning...." We got assigned
partners to work on some assignment. Luckily enough I got assigned to work with Calum.

"Hazel, we need to talk..." was the first words I hear after sitting down.   "About what? I don't think there's anything we need to talk about besides this project." I tried to get this completely avoided.
"Hazel you know what." Calum slid over in his seat.

"Calum, seriously we have to start working on this project." I redirected.  "Hazel!" I turned to face Calum after he raised his voice.  I packed up my stuff and stormed out. He followed me.

I just wanted to go home. "Hazel, we have to talk. Right now." With him still following, we approached my empty driveway. I opened up my front door and walked inside.

I entered my room, and collapsed in my bed. "Hazel..." I felt the side of my mattress sink. "Calum, why are you forcing this so hard?" I asked
him. "Hazel, I wanna make this right. I wanna go back to how things were. I don't think you're taking me serious. Hazel?"

"Calum, I think we should just be friends. Okay?" He nodded his head in agreement with Me. "Calum...I think you should leave."  Surprisingly he respected that enough to leave without a battle.

The next few days have been very  interesting.  Me and Calum tried getting along like how things were.  But things were still awkward. After all that happened that just resulted in me talking to Kyle more than I should've.

Something hasn't been right with Kyle.  He's been acting more different than normal.  Kyle would press me to talk about things with him, that would eventually turn into a full out screaming match.

I'm sensing red flags about him but for some reason I'm still with him.
