Me and Kyle spent the night talking about each other. "I'm in a band, but we haven't been to active lately. After high school, I'm not to sure what exactly I want to do." He said with a slight shrug.

I had found out that Kyle doesn't go to the same school as me, which was unfortunate. "I'm sure you'll find something, and be successful at it." I reassured him. "What's your life been like since you moved here?" Kyle asked me while resting his arms on the table. It felt like everything got serious.

I figured it would just be better to be completely honest, than to try and hide what's been going on. "Well I would help my parents a lot at the bakery, I still help out now and then. But mostly I stick to school a lot. Kinda boring."

"It's not boring,  I like a girl that's committed to their education,  it's very attractive." Kyle said looking deep into my eyes.  The way he looked into my eyes was almost scary.  It was so deep, intense, and oddly hypnotizing as well. 

I had one hand on my salad bowl,  and the other on my fork.  He removed my hand from the salad bowl, and held my hand in his.  I was nervous and tense.   His hands were cold as ice.  "Would you like me to walk you home?" He asked me.  I told him I would walk to to my parents bakery, and help them out until closing.  From there, he walked with me. 

As soon as we approached the building,  he pulled me into an uncomfortable hug.  "Text me, okay?" I nodded my head, and he walked off.  This guy was nuts...

I stepped inside and greeted my dad who sat at the front register, playing with his phone.  "Oh hey honey, what are you doing here so late?" He was playing one of those matching games, to get the colors out.

"I'd figured I'd come help out if you guys needed it."  Just then my phone went crazy.  Kyle was sending me text after text.  WTH!??!?!??!!?!?  I opened up my phone and read each one. 
K: Hey it's Kyle. 
K: Hey how come you haven't texted me? 
K: Are you alright? 

I quickly texted him back assuring him that I was fine.  But this thing between the two of us, didn't feel fine.
