Tonight was party night. I showed up at Luke's right on time. The quicker I got done with this, the quicker I could see Kyle. I went searching for Luke in the fifteen or so people that were already here.

"Luke?" He turned around from his drink display, and gave me the same smirk he did the night prior. "What'd you want to talk to me about?" I asked him holding onto my finger. "Can't tell you just yet. Have fun, let loose a little." I was about to turn out of the room and leave but Luke stopped that.

"Uh Hazel can I ask you something?" Luke poured vodka into a big tub with punch, and sliced fruits. "Sure." I sat down next to him and his...poisonous concoction. Luke started pouring in other liquors. "Who was that guy on your couch yesterday?"

"That was Kyle, I don't have a title for him, because I don't know what to call us..." I took a swig off another bottle of alcohol Luke had on the table. "I thought you and Calum would have gotten together, but you're happy so that's what matters."

"Why me and Calum?" I didn't take my eyes off of the bottle I had in my hands and lap. "Calum went through a lot with his last relationship, I thought you'd be able to bring him back." I put the bottle back on the table. "What do you mean?"

"Calum's ex cheated on him, and he got really depressed, or I think he still is?" Luke told me Calum's story, but "Calum never told me that..."

Luke was texting on his phone. "Really?" I nodded my head in response to Luke. More and more people were flooding into Luke's house by the minute. "Hey come with me." Luke got up and I followed him.

He lead me down a hall and up some stairs. He opened the door and walked in. He sat on the couch and motioned for me to sit next to him. But he paused. "Shit I forgot the drinks, hold on, I'll be right back." Luke got up and left.

I looked around the room. Guest room? Luke was taking forever with those drinks. Kyle still hasn't texted me, or called. He must've been pissed.  There were three knocks on the door,  revealing Calum.
