"I'm just trying to see if you're doing okay..." I knew she wasn't okay.  There was something going on, she was acting jumpy and weird. Like she was watching her back almost. Something wasn't right. "Luke,  I'm fine okay."  

"Why do you keep looking over your shoulder?" I knew why she was looking over her shoulder, but I just wanted to hear it for myself.  "What do you mean?" She didn't trust me, and she was hiding something.  "Do you not realize that you looked over your shoulder three times already?"  I looked her in the eyes, because this was serious.  Something was really not right. At all.

"Hazel do you need me to get rid of him? There's something not right..." She had to understand where I was coming from. She is my friend and I'm concerned about her, and I know it has something to do with that guy. If it didn't have anything to do with him, she wouldn't be acting jumpy and weird.

"Everything's fine.  Okay Luke?"  She gave me a hug and I went on my way home.

As soon as I got home, Ashton and Michael were there already. They literally never spend time away from my house.  Twenty or so minutes into video games and Chinese food, Calum texted me. He's coming over. 

I heard my mom greet Calum, who then walked in the room and grabbing a box of food.   "How'd things go with Harmony?" I knew something happened because Calum kinda sorta hinted that something happened when he texted me. "Things went crazy tonight..." Calum piled his mouth with loads of noodles.  "It's a long story... Hazel interrupted us and Harmony is suspicious now."

Calum continued to explain how Hazel bursted into the room crying while him and Harmony had sex. Something had to have happened with her because I was just there; and Calum came shortly after I got home after Hazel went to his place. Something wasn't right. "There's something going on with Hazel." I told them.

"What do you mean?  What's wrong with her?"  Michael asked. I set my food down.  "I went to see her,  and she was...jumpy." 

"What do you mean jumpy?" Ashton asked chop sticking his food into his mouth.  "She was very on edge," I proceeded to explain how she was on edge and wouldn't talk about anything while I was there. She was obviously going through something.  I called her up and put the phone on speaker.  Everybody kept quiet.

It rang for a few seconds before she finally picked up the phone.  "Hey Luke." She sounded like she was crying. "Hey um... you okay?" She was crying.  It was obvious she was, or had been.

"Yeah I'm fine...uh...what's up?" Hazel's voice broke through phone. "Hey uh do you think you could come over? It's important."  I got her to agree to coming over, she sounded like she didn't want to, but she ended up agreeing to it.

"LUKE IM HEADING OUT NOW! I SHOULD BE BACK TOMORROW MORNING!" My mum yelled from the kitchen. I went to go see her before she left.   I sat up on the counter top, when Ashton and the other two came out. I was typing away at my phone.  "Luke are you still talking to that girl you were talking about?" Ashton's question caused Luke to look up from his phone, and smirk.

"That's a yes."
