The past few days have been terribly awkward. Me and Hazel have been trying to be rekindle our friendship. But it wasn't like before, meaning we never hung out really, or talked to each other like we used to.
Mali has something up her sleeve though. Even Harmony noticed. Shauna and Mali spent a lot of time together. "Do you know what going on with those two?" Harmony asked while she snuggled into my side. I thought I knew what was going on, but I wasn't gonna harass Mali about it. She'll be ready when she's ready.
Me and Harmony gotten so much closer. She's told me a lot more about herself and so have I. It almost seems like we've saved each other in a way. Tomorrow was our official date night. I planned to take Harmony to a nice restaurant I found. This was the only way I could really impress her.
Date night came. Mali was out, so she was no use helping me get ready; but Luke came over instead. "What's going on with you and Hazel? Still not talking?" Luke asked me out of the blue. "Actually, I apologized to her, she broke down, and kicked me out." The silence afterwards was chilling. "So whats this plan for tonight anyway?" Luke asked me. He brought over a black tie to go with my deep dark grey shirt.
"I'm taking her to that restaurant that just opened up a few blocks over. Then we'll go see a movie, and I'll bring her back home." Luke say down on the couch and licked his feet up. "Why are you getting ready so early anyways?"
"I need everything to come out perfect, she's perfect...more than that." Luke awwed at my comment. An hour later, I was off.
