Hazel
School started back up for the week, I was not in the mood for it. I was getting sadder and sadder by the day, Calum was supposed to be jealous by now. Guess I was wrong.
I didn't know anyone here really, not personally, at least like I did with Calum. I walked to third period. Calum day in his assigned seat, texting someone with a smile on his face. I decided I wasn't going to let this continue to bring me down. All I needed to do was focus on my schoolwork.
It was now lunch. I was just going to go to a little food center a block from the school and get a salad. The schools salads were never good, besides I'm almost positive they never washed the vegetables.
I felt a couple taps on my shoulder. I turned around and was greeted by some dude. He introduced himself as Kyle, and he told me that I was pretty. "Can I have your number? I can text you sometime." Kyle looked deep into my eyes.
I gave Kyle my number, we talked, and I left. I went back to class and instantly got a message from him.
K: Hey this is Hazel's number right?
The text read. I immediately responded back confirming his text.By the time I got home from school, me and Kyle we're into full conversation. He invited me out to go grab some food, which I couldn't pass up. I met Kyle by the food center we first met at. "Hey you!" He greeted me into a hug.
We both stopped and got food. He got a wrap, and I got a salad. Kyle was asking about my hobbies and why I moved to Australia. "I moved here with my parents when they decided to open up a bakery, I absolutely hate it there. I'd rather be a doctor." I said stabbing my fork into a cucumber slice.
"What kind of doctor?" He asked me. Kyle had dark hair that fell over his eyes, kinda like Aladdin. "Definitely in the orthopedics or maybe trauma."
