CHAPTER 22: Embarrassing first time

Percy POV

When I woke up in the morning because of that loud horn, I immediately rushed to the shower and did my normal routine, shower, brush teeth, get dressed go downstairs.

I found Jack sitting on the couch looking at the ceiling with his eyes closed, I stared at him for a while trying to read his expression, "What are you staring at?" Jack asked with his eyes closed which startled me, "I forgot you were a god for a second." I said as I sat on the couch across from him, "You can wear socks?" I noticed he was wearing socks.

"Yeah, they are the same as the shoes and gloves, they avoid anything getting frozen by my touch." Jack answered not moving and inch from his position, "You and Nattie need to start your training today." Jack said finally opening his eyes and facing me, "What training?" I asked with creased eyebrows.

"You know you have other powers now, don't you? Now you need to learn to use those powers so you can learn to control them, and not do that thing you did when Nattie was in infirmary. As for Nattie she needs to train so that she can build up her body strength so that she would be able to bear her powers when the seal is removed, otherwise something we don't want to happen will happen." Jack breathed then looked up the ceiling and resting his head on the couch.

"Where are we gonna train?" I asked because I could not think of a place, "Upstairs." Jack answered and I looked at him bluntly, "When you go upstairs there are other four doors other than the bedrooms Percy." Jack said and I realised I had not really given them much attention. "Ohhh." I said in realisation.

I went upstairs to Nattie's room to find her sound asleep in her room, she actually slept through the horn, well I was not really surprised because I do it sometimes. I decided it was payback time so I slowly walked towards her bed, I slowly uncover her blanket and began tickling her. She laughed silently as she tried to get me to stop.

She then finally woke up and began tickling me back, we laughed for a while then we stopped for a breather. "So you slept through that horn?" I asked and she shook her head, "I woke up when the horn rang, took a shower, brushed my teeth and I was still tired so I went back to sleep." She mouth slowly so I could easily read her lips.

"Oh, you should come eat now. Jack said we need to start with our training today." I said and she nodded, she got off the bed and I noticed she was still wearing her pyjamas. "Aren't you gonna change?" I asked and she shook her head as she tied her long hair into a pony tail.

I walked downstairs with her and Jack was again looking at the ceiling with his eyes closed, she walked towards him and kissed him good morning on the cheek, he returned it and just then Tyson walked downstairs with messy hair as always. Nattie hugged him good morning happily, "I am so happy you are staying with us." She mouthed and Tyson smiled.

She then walked to the kitchen to make breakfast for everybody, "Nattie, just give me a glass of ambrosia- I don't want to eat anything." Jack said and Nattie nodded, she brought the food in the living room where we were sat. She placed it on the table and we all began eating- it was egg, bacon, toast and juice- no orange juice was to be found in this premises.

We ate then cleared up, we then all went upstairs to the last door on our left, the one in front of Tyson's door. Jack entered first then the rest of us, inside consisted mostly of black. It looked like a recording studio, but more like a place where they edited movies, they were so many buttons and then right in front was a huge black screen. Jack threw Nattie and I a suit to wear, "Can you help with the programming." He asked Tyson and he nodded. We wore the suits on top of our clothes.

Jack handed us earpieces and we placed them on one of our ears. He walked to a mic and took a seat and asked Tyson to take a seat next to him- they were both sitting on those office chairs. "Testing, can you both hear me?" Jack asked and Nattie and I both nodded.
