CHAPTER 68: Winter's truth

Natasha POV

Ever since my birthday, containing Arceus has been terribly hard but not impossible. The downside of being able to contain Arceus was that I had many sleepless night because I was never really at home at night. I had to keep everything secret from my family and friends. I wished to tell them what was happening but I couldn't. I wasn't only learning how to contain Arceus, I was also learning how to work with her and control her.

I've been observing Jack for quite some time now and I don't know how to approach him with a certain situation concerning him. If I didn't tread carefully, it would scar or even destroy my relationship with him. "Hey babes, what are you thinking about?" Percy came and sat next to me, on top of the palace of my parents.

"Nothing, I just zoned." I smiled as I kissed him good morning. I was then sucked into my world of thoughts again then looked at Percy, "Talk to me." He knew something was up, "Percy, let's say there's something that you can do to bring Tyson immense happiness, by removing a heavy burden of his shoulders, would you do it?" I asked, "Of course." He chuckled cause it was a silly question, "What if there is a chance that your relationship with him might be scarred, or even worse, broken forever?" I asked, "Nattie, if it's good for him and it will make him happy, or make a difference then I would do it. As long as he is alright." Percy smiled.

I looked into space again not knowing what to do, "Just do it Nattie, don't think about it, just do it." Percy said and I looked at him confused, "I don't know what I'm talking about, but I know what I'm talking about, just do it. It's similar to a ride or die situation." He said and I smiled at him.

"I'll be with you every step of the way." He said and I smiled, "I'll do it tomorrow, now I'm gonna spend time with my bae." I pulled his cheeks, "On Jack's birthday?" Percy asked and I nodded, "I'll be with you." He promised. "Can we go somewhere more private, I need to talk to you." Percy said and I teleported deep in the forest nearby and put a shield around us so nobody could see or hear what's going on.

"Don't get me wrong, I'm not that type of boy that would make you do things before it's time. I just want to explain why, if I you happen to feel my feelings while having a moment with me, I just want to explain what's happening..." He trailed off cause he was at a loss for words. "No need to explain." I cupped his cheek and he looked up at me, "No, I don't want there to be mixed messages." Percy said nervous.

"There aren't any." I chuckled and he held my hand which was on his cheek, "Nattie listen to me." Percy begged, "Listen to me Percy." I laughed and he looked at me to show he was listening. I walked closer to him and stood by my the tips of my toes so my lips were really close to his ear. "You are getting turned on more easily and more intensely than you used to. You pull away from the kiss when you feel like you are going to lose control, so you don't make feel like I have to do anything before it's time. It's normal Percy, there's nothing odd about it... I too feel the same way, just a bit worse, but I'm getting there with the controlling my hormones issue." I hugged him but he did not return it.

I parted from him and looked into his eyes, "What's wrong Percy?" I asked worried, "It's just that everything is so easy with you, I'm afraid to lose you." Percy said and I chuckled, everything was hard with me. "If you lose me, something better will come up." I smiled and he shook his head.

"Uhmm, you said you feel the same way, you seem to be in control though. How do you do it?" He asked and just looked at him, "You do not wanna know." I said distancing myself from him, "I wanna know, maybe I could use the same tactic." He stated and I smirked. "Neh, never mind Jackson." I laughed and he neared me, gently placing his hands around my waist, "Tell me..." He said seductively as he pecked our noses together making our lips slowly brush against each other. The intensity made me shut my eyes.
