CHAPTER 67: What is seeked

Percy POV

"You can teleport this far?" I asked and she nodded. "I'm not as weak anymore." She smiled assuring me. "So would you like to meet our friends first or would you dine with me?" She asked, "Dine with you." I smiled. She knocked slightly and Chiron's door was opened, "Greetings sir Chiron." Nattie smiled and Chiron gestured us in. "I'm here for that food offer!" Nattie squealed, "Hallo Natasha and Percy, I didn't expect to see you so soon after your birthday." Chiron said and Nattie smiled.

"How is it going Jackson?" Chiron asked, "It's awesome, everything is falling into place." I said happily. "So I'm guessing custard since you must have eaten breakfast?" Chiron asked and Nattie nodded sitting down, "Oh it smells so good." Nattie said as Chiron served her. "Congratulations on your immortality." Chiron said, "Thank you, now you all are stuck with me forever." Nattie laughed.

"Oh my gosh this stuff is good, Chiron you are the best." Nattie praised him, "You love food at an abnormal rate, look how elated you are." Chiron said. They talked some more and I just enjoyed watching her laugh and look so happy, she was not afraid to ask for second or third helpings.

"Okay Chiron, let us go meet our friends, thank you so much." Nattie said, "You're welcome kid." Chiron smiled, "He is so nice." Nattie said, "He's like a father to you right, oh my gosh he is so modest and easy going." She spoke so much when she was excited. "They are by the training grounds." Nattie said and that is where we went and found them, "Hey guys!" Nattie chirped, "Hey! Why is she so excited!" Grover asked as they stopped training and we exchanged hugs.

"Because she finally gets eat." I chuckled making everybody laugh, "Love the dress." Piper smiled, "Made it myself using nature, my first dress!" Nattie piped, "Calm down else you gonna explode." Piper laughed, "Oh yes, your powers have been unleashed now that you are 16, you are immortal now." Piper said. "Congratulations." Everybody said. "Thank you." Nattie said. "Hey, how about we battle to see how strong our girl has become." Leo said, "Umm, why don't y'all start with training and I'll come back in a while, I'm just gonna go get a taste of earth's peaches. Give me a few minutes to get them." She smiled and my eyes widened, she had just eaten.

"Oh come on Percy, it has been such a while." She laughed at my face. She disappeared and we went into the training ground and I took out riptide. "Gods versus primordial?" Jason questioned, "Bring it!" I smirked. I started feeling an uneasiness in my chest and I capped my sword putting it away, "Oh, you've given up already?" Nico asked, "No, it's Natasha. I shouldn't have let her go off alone." I said running after her.

She was deep in the forest just seated on top of a tree branch, I released a sigh of relief but it got hitched when I saw Annebeth tied up in vines on the ground, they were strangling the life out of her like a python and were sending electric shocks through her body every five seconds. "You lied to me." Nattie said calmly, "You broke me, you almost killed me more than once... You did a stupid thing of cutting my hair. But I'm not mad at you for any of that, I'm pissed that you hurt Percy." She growled at the last part.

"I didn't mean to lie." Annebeth said, "But you did. Why are you like this, you were so pure when you were young, what happened? Did puberty hit your brains and heart out?" Nattie asked, "No." Annebeth coughed, "Then what happened Annie, you were such a great thing in Percy's life?" Nattie asked sincerely. "Natasha, you are hurting me. You are blocking my airways." Annebeth said, "Do you think I'm dumb enough not to know that!" Nattie creased her eyebrows intrigued. I teleported to her side and saw that her eyes were fully blue.

"Nattie please stop, don't hurt her. This isn't you. You gonna feel bad once you regain your senses." I said and the vines tightened around Annebeth. "Natasha enough!" I said sternly but I was heartbroken, I didn't like doing this. Her eyes turned to pure black and she let go on Annebeth making her drop to the ground, Annebeth disappeared, clearly she ran away.
