CHAPTER 71: Venting with Nemean

Natasha POV

"Christina no." Father said and mother disappeared. "She's going to kill someone." Aether face palmed. "Let her, I'm sure my daughter in-law wouldn't go on a killing spree for no reason." Grandfather said simply. "We should probably stop her, cause if she gets too excited she might decide to rid the world of all evil." Jack said and we all teleported to where her aura was radiating.

Aether was right when he said she was going to kill someone. Lady Alaska's face look unrecognisably beat up as mother choked the life out of her. "I must commend you on your guts Alaska. You tried to kill children I mothered, how the Hades did you expect to escape what I would do to you." Mother looked angry, she actually looked furious. I never thought she could look angry, as in murderous angry. "Christina let her go so we can sort this out." Father said.

"He said I should let you go. But you poisoned my son and my daughter nearly died, because of you." Mother laughed, "But I'll let you go." Mother said and we all expected her to let go but she didn't, what she did, nobody expected. She didn't even give us a chance to stop her.

She crushed lady Alaska's throat like it was nothing and lady Alaska burst into a pile of gold dust. "I do not want that woman in hades, I want her in tartarus itself." Mother said sternly. "Winter, my sincere condolences on your wife's death." Mother said and we all looked at each other awkwardly. Mother was the one who had just killed his wife and she looked so sincere with her condolences.

Lord Winter walked towards me until he was before me. "Forgive princess Natasha, you almost lost your life because of my ex wife's evil deed and my oblivion. If I had know her for what she truly was I wouldn't have had to endure so much losses." He looked down. "There's no need to seek an apology from me, I do not hold you responsible for anything." I smiled.

"Jack." I called him and he came, I took his hand and lord Winter's. I made them hold hands as father and son and smiled. "Don't let anything come between the two of you, you've been apart for long enough." I said.

"Please look after Jack, he's been through enough." I said and Jack looked at me, "Why does it sound like you getting rid of me?" Jack asked, "I am, you know too much of our secrets and plus you have played your tricks on us a lot of times. It's time for lord Winter to suffer. But know, you will always be our brother, not adoptive... But biological. Chaos and Christina will always be your parents." I said.

"Jack, your father has lost quite a lot in his lifetime. He lost your mother and sister. Recently he has lost his son and wife, people he had lived with and loved. He has been betrayed mercilessly. I'm not getting rid of you, you know I can't live without you brother." A tear dropped from my eye as I spoke to Jack through telepathy.

"I don't want to leave you behind at all. I'm requesting you to stay with lord Winter, he's alone now and he needs someone. I'm not forcing you to stay, if you are not comfortable then come home with us. But if it's okay with you, please be here for your father." Another tear dropped from my other eye. I was trying so bad not to break down.
