CHAPTER 47: Leaving for boarding school

Natasha POV

*A few days later*

It was in the afternoon after lunch and today was the last day I was going to be here, when I was with mom I was always happy to move because I did not have to leave anybody behind. "Where should I put this?" Piper asked as she held a dozen dresses in her hands. "You can put it in that bag?" I answered gloomily. Jack had given me two bags, one to put the things that I won't need at the boarding school and the other to put the things that I need. They were enchanted bags so everything would fit.

"Okay your cupboard is empty, we are almost done!" Bianca announced as she and Lacy walked out holding a bag of shoes. "Thank you for helping me." I smiled with a heavy heart, "Don't be sad, you will come visit during the holidays." Piper said holding my face in her hands then she pulled me into a hug. We all girls got into a group hug and I made sure to keep my emotions in check. "Nattie are you done packing?" Percy entered and I nodded, "You guys won't mind if I borrow her for a while?" He asked and they shook their head, I walked out with him, "What is it?" I asked, "Let's go for some fresh air shall we." Percy smiled and teleported to a hill and there was a Pegasus in front of us.

"B-Blackjack." I breathed frozen on the spot, "You know him?" Percy asked, "I've dreamt about him. You don't have to fly him because of me Percy, I know your fear of flying- you don't have to." I said looking into his eyes. "No, today I will fly with you." Percy said, "Introductions and my donuts, Percy." A voice said and I looked at the Pegasus, "Yes human I speak, don't freak, just give me something to feed." Blackjack spoke, "Here's your donuts." Percy said placing donuts in his mouth. "So what's your destination, I can show you the whole nation." Blackjack quarried, "What's with you and rhyming words today?" Percy asked, "What's with you and no introductions?" Blackjack asked.

"This is Natasha, my novia. Nattie meet my Spanish teacher." I introduced them. "Hermosa jomencita." Blackjack complemented and I smiled, "Why's is the lady so sad today?" He asked, "Is it visible?" I asked, "No, it's readable." He answered. "Do you still know how to ride me?" He asked Percy and he nodded climbing on. He extended his hand towards me and he helped me to get on too. I held onto Percy's shoulders, "Let's fly!" He exclaimed and Blackjack began ascending into the air.

I was afraid I was going to fall to the back so I wrapped my arms around Percy's abdomen and placed my head on his back. "You okay so far?!" He asked and I nodded. We went higher up until we were on top of the clouds, I looked over Percy's shoulder and there was such a beautiful view of the clouds covering the sun. I could not help the smiled that formed on my face. BJ began flying at a slower and more peaceful pace and I slowly let go of Percy's abdomen. I extended my hand out to the side so I could touch the clouds. They were such a cold and fluffy texture combined with the warmth of the sun.

I placed a thankful kiss on Percy cheek and he smiled. We flew past majestic birds that was just a breathless site to see. After flying for a while in the clouds Percy told me to hold on tight. I held onto him tightly because I knew what him meant, BJ dashed through the clouds leaving a trail behind and my short hair blew to the back. I closed my eyes embracing the speed for a moment and when I opened them we were flying a few centimeters above the ocean, I did the same thing of extending my hand to feel the water.

BJ sped up even more but I did not get scared, instead I felt free because of the breeze. I forgot about all my sadness and just absorbed the beauty of nature, my heart felt light. "How are you feeling now?" Percy asked, "Happy." I released a laugh, we were in the middle of the ocean and there was no land visible. BJ flew up again but this time he went diving down then flew himself up at the last second. I held onto Percy even tighter as BJ's speed increased, it felt dangerous but it was safe which just made me carefree.
