Natasha POV

It's been quite a few days since I've not stood before Jack, almost a month. He's been in his room, and we couldn't celebrate new year's cause nobody was in the mood. Everybody was worried about Jack, he had literally turned his room into the north pole by mother's descriptions. She and the others entered to check on him every now and then and made sure he ate something even if he didn't want to.

Right now I was just watering the plants for the afternoon to buy some time. "It's almost a month now, Jack will never forgive me." I thought out loud. "Of course he will." The roses said, "There's no hope now. He had made it clear he wants nothing to do with that place... But I took him there." I sighed.

"What was I thinking taking such big actions without knowing anything. I didn't know the extent of his feelings. I was trying to help him find his way, when I myself was lost." I sat down defeated almost about to cry.

"Nattie!" I heard Aether call and I stood up and went to him. As soon as I reached him he grabbed my hand and teleported me back to the garden. "You disappeared again last night!" He loud-whispered, "Not with this again Aether! Everybody knows I disappear at night, but they don't make it their business to know where I was!" I loud-whispered back.

"Well I wanna know where you go!" He loud- whispered, "It's none of your damn business. Me disappearing in the middle of the night is not making any dead bodies appear." I growled, "If what you are doing is not worrisome then why can't you just tell us where you go!" He yelled.

"Because I can't dammit, I promised him!" I yelled and then calmed when I realised I had said too much, "You meet a boy in the middle of the night?!" He quizzed, "Who is it, cause it's definitely not Percy?" He asked, "I hope she's not cheating on Percy?" He thought and my eyes widened.

"I hope you aren't ch-" Before he could complete his sentence I raised my hand about to slap him but I stopped mid way. "Aether!" I yelled clearly pissed, just then father appeared. "What's going on, what's with the yelling?" Father asked.

"I said I can't tell you! If it was so damn easy I would've said something already! I want to speak, but I can't... I really do but I can't! If I speak before I should I'll just have another problem similar to the one of Jack! Stop putting pressure on me, it's already hard for me keeping this from-" I stopped all my yelling to look at father and sighed to calm myself down.

"I'm sorry brother... I'm really sorry. I took out all frustrations on you. Forgive me I..." I folded my hands in apology as fresh tears tickled my cheeks. Aether apologetically embraced me in a hug as I cried and I berried my head in his chest. "I'm sorry Nattie, I shouldn't have pushed you like that... I'll back off I promise." He said hugging me tighter.

"Once again, I'm sorry. Please excuse me." I said and then teleported to the forest without looking at father. I changed my dress into a clothing more comfortable to climb trees in. I sat on a peach tree branch and started eating.

No matter how much I wanted the tears to stop falling they just flowed like rivers and I continuously wiped them away. After I was done eating I teleported to my room and went to bed. Nemean on queue came and lied down next to me, I moved closer to him and I felt a bit relieved with his calming warm body temperature.

I went to sleep and when I woke up, my head felt heavy. "You okay now?" Nemean asked, "Yeah, thanks. I'm just gonna go down and get me something to eat." I smiled, as I got off the bed. My hair was all over the place and I exited trying to get it off my face. I was walking in the corridor when I bumped into someone, I cleared my face and I looked up to see... Jack.
