Dear L.M,
I wasn't expecting my pen pal partner to be such a poet (not a bad thing!!)
Anyway ~
It was my teacher, actually, who suggested that I join this program. I'm what she loves to describe as "loud mouthed and oblivious". I suppose that by signing up for this, she expects me to feel more "connected" with other students, but I'm not sure.
I think that the idea of getting to know someone without looks or rumors to base off of is a great idea, quite frankly. One that I definitely wouldn't have expected our school to come up with.
I'm not exactly the creative type, so I apologize if my letter doesn't hold as much detail or overall meaning as yours does :(
In reference to your letter - quiet is nice, in my opinion. You have some down time to collect yourself and your thoughts.
Honestly, I'm not very good at writing letters either, so mine might be on the shorter side as well... sorry >.<
Writing so formally is really unfamiliar to me.
I look forward to learning more about you, and I'm really happy that you trust me - someone who you don't know - to get to know the real you.
I hope I can give you the same in return, but I'm not exactly that type of person. Observation skills who?
