The school day went by very quickly and John was kind enough to bring back snacks and pizza for Dawn and Derek.
"I can't believe that we've come this far." said Derek.
"I know right we've worked hard on the show the last few months." said Dawn as she picked up her graham crackers.
"It's a good thing that Mr. Baxter allowed us to have snacks for rehearsal." said Derek as he took a sip of his bottle water.
"Yeah and as long as we clean up after ourselves he doesn't mind." said Dawn.
The two siblings sat in the auditorium and waited for everyone to arrive.
Just then the auditorium door opened and in walked Steve.
"Hey Dawn Hey Derek." said Steve as he sat in the chair next to Dawn.
"Hey Steve you excited for tech rehearsal?" asked Dawn.
"Yeah we have the sets all together and after tech week is dress rehearsal for the show." said Steve.
Fifteen minutes later, Mr. Baxter came in and said "Hello and how was your Thanksgiving vacation?"
"It was good how was yours?" asked Dawn.
"It was good thank you." said Mr. Baxter.
Soon the whole cast and crew members came and waited for the announcement.
"As you know this week is tech week for the show and next week is dress rehearsal and then the show is the second weekend of next month." said Mr. Baxter
"Also, Miss. Griffin is coming to give you all hair and makeup tips for your characters." said Mr. Baxter.
The hours flew by and it was time to go home. Mr. Hart came to the school and picked up Derek and Dawn.
