Chapter 59: Blisters

It was the day after the Homecoming Dance and Christy was in the living room soaking her feet in a tub of hot, soapy lavender smelling water. Her shoes from the dance gaved her blisters on her feet the size of quarters.

Her cellphone buzzed and it was a text from Derek that said "Hey sweet pea. What are you doing?" 

Christy texted back saying "Soaking my aching blistering feet."

Derek texted back saying "Do your feet hurt?"

Christy texted back saying "Yes very much." 

Derek texted back saying "Aw my poor baby. I'll be over in two minutes to make your feet feel better." 

Two minutes later, the doorbell rang and Christy got up from the couch to let her boyfriend in.

"Hey sweetheart." said Derek as he kissed Christy's cheek.

"Hey." replied Christy.

"I don't want you moving until those blisters are gone." said Derek.

He carried Christy bridal style back to the couch and placed her on the couch carefully.

Derek took out his portable lotion and rubbed it on Christy's feet.

Christy let out a giggle as Derek put the cream in between her toes.

"That tickles." said Christy as she laughed.

"Sorry honey." said Derek

"But I got you to smile." he added as he continued to rub in the cream.

Thirty minutes later, Derek dumped Christy's foot bath water down the drain in the bathroom and dried her feet with a small towel.

"How do your feet feel now babe?" asked Derek.

"A little bit better." said Christy.

Derek gaved Christy a foot massage and she started to feel relaxed.

Just then, Derek accidentally tickled Christy's foot as he grazed his nails on the soles of her feet resulting her to laugh.

Derek got the idea to tickle Christy's feet to make her smile again.

Derek started to do "This Little Piggy" on Christy's toes to make her smile even more.

Christy hasn't had anyone do "This Little Piggy" on her feet since she was a toddler.

He grabbed Christy's big toe, wiggled it and said "This little piggy went to the market."

Then he grabbed her second big toe, wiggled it and said "This little piggy stayed at home."

Then he grabbed her third toe, wiggled it and said "This little piggy had roast beef."

Then he grabbed her fourth toe, wiggled it and said "This little piggy had none."

Finally he grabbed her pinky toe, wiggled it  and said "And this little piggy went wee wee wee all the way home." said Derek as he tickled the sole of Christy's foot.

Christy laughed as her boyfriend tickled her foot.

"Goochie Goochie Goo." said Derek as he tickled Christy's foot.

Christy started laughing hysterically when she heard Derek say those three dreaded words when he tickled her.

After a couple of hours, Christy's feet were back to normal and started walking.

"Thanks honey." said Christy as she hugged her boyfriend.

"Anytime sweetie." said Derek as he hugged her back.
