When I was in Elementary School, I do not remember every little detail of what happened. But while I was in Elemantry school, a tragic thing happened that affected not only me but others too. But we will get to that soon. While I was in Elementary School I met a girl name Kaile. About this time, I think I was in 5th grade I think. When I met her she was in 2nd grade I believe. We were both in the same social class. The weird thing is, there were 2 teachers in the same room but on the other side of each other. One teacher taught something and the other teacher taught something different too. The weird thing was one of my teacher's birthday was 6 days after mine in September I soon realized after she told me.

I didn't know Kaile at first when I first saw her when I came into class. The thing that came into my thought was Who is this girl? I took my seat at the table and just looked at her. Not in a bad way, but in a curious way because out of all the times that I was in this class, this was the first time I saw her. I was kind of the good Elemantry school kid that never was late for class or was tardy for that matter. I was there in class every day on time. But I must admit there were a times when I didn't get along with one of the teachers.. But the other teacher I got along fine with. I was curious why I had to keep going to special classes for me, but then I realized that it was because of my Aspergers. They were trying to teach me to be social in a way.

Soon, Kaile spoke to me

"Hi" She said. I looked at her and replied

"Hello". We couldn't talk very much because we were in class and we were supposed to listen to the teacher educate us you might say. Okay, she was a teacher and she was educating us. The one thing about me in Elementary School is I was kind of awkard. I never played outside with other kids, I never asked for me to join them in there game whatever they were playing. During recess I always stood inside by the sun in the window. It felt so good to have the warm sun on the back of my neck. Well, my arms too because I always put my arms on the railing which was always warm or hot caused by the sun. Even on days that were cold or rainy or whatever weather, that sun was always there to warm me up.

The Janitor there was actually kind of funny in a humorous way. I liked him, I thought he was pretty cool. There have been kids (including myself admittingly) that picked on the Janitor. Hey, what do you expect from an Elemantry school kid? But you know what? The Janitor did not find  that offense at all. He had a little fun with us.

When it came for me to be in 5th grade, I thought I had the coolest teacher. And I did because I liked the teacher. What we would always do in class is we have this thing called the friendship basket. And the friendship basket had junk food. It could have a bag of chips or bottle of soda... It could have anything you want that you could eat. But the way it goes is, we would have drawings. At the end of the class for that day someone would draw someone's name. Once that name was chosen they got to take the friendship basket home and you could have whatever was in there. But the thing was, you had to bring the friendship basket back with some other junk food that was edible ready for the next person to win. The other teacher that was across from my 5th grade teacher always drank Diet coke. And every time I saw that drink it made me thirsty. I wanted to ask her if I could have one, but I didn't because it wasn't polite. Remember just a few minutes ago we had drawings? Well, another thing that was fun was an auction. And there were various things that could be auctioned off.

Of course it was not a real auction with real money... The money is actually fake. I do not remember what my 5th grade teacher called them. It had the word "bucks" in it. We would all sit in a circle and there would be this man that talked really fast like a real auctioner. I had some "fake" money to auction off too. But I wanted this specific thing, but then my teacher said,

"Alex you have enough money for that." At that point I raised my hand. And what did I win? A squirt gun. During my 5th grade year, we had to give this presentation of our heroes (real life heroes) and I choose Chief Joseph. He was an Indian who would walk in the snow barefoot 20 times. I know that was crazy, I would have gotten a blister if that happened to me. But Chief Joseph actually got a nick name for that. After Chief Joseph died, I think he wanted to be buried with his mother and father. When the day came for the presentation I had to dress up like a Indian. A hat was made out of paper like a Indian's and I was using this blanket that I had brought from home for some reason that had to do with the Indian clothes. When it came my time to present the biography of Chief Joseph, I did not want to wear the hat because I looked stupid. Believe me, I think when I wear hats, I look stupid. I took the hat off and put it on the table. But then the girls said,
