YOU ARE A PART OF ME

            There is a difference between Great Love and True Love.

            Great Love. Great Love makes you feel like Great Love is "the one". Great Love will become your best friend, your confidant, someone you thought of being in the future with, and someone you thought of sitting with in that front porch—as seen in the T.V. series called How I Met Your Mother—with your hair all gray and white. Great Love will always have your back and will support you in every step of the way. This kind of love will always remind you that someone is there for you.

            True Love. True Love waits; it is patient, kind, and unselfish. You're connected and attached with True Love. True Love makes you feel secure with just a word, a touch, and will always be there for you. It does not feel new, but rather, it feels lasting. You're transparent with True Love; True Love knows kahit ang mga maliliit mong mannerisms, kahit na magbago ka. And with True Love, you continue to grow.

            Ito ang sinabi ni Blaire Devan: 'Pag mahal mo ang isang tao, nagiging parte sila ng pagkatao mo, ng buhay mo, ng mismong ikaw. It's like you're attached by this invisible chain na kahit gaano pa kayo kalayo sa isa't isa, you can always feel them.

            "As she walks down the aisle, he can't help but to shed a tear. She looks so beautiful in that long white dress, with the sunlight beaming from the cathedral windows shining on her every time she passes by each windowpane.

            He knows that he wouldn't trade this moment for anything else in the entire world.

            She and her parents stopped in front of him and left kisses on their daughter before handing her to him.

            She didn't shed any tears unlike him, but her smile is wider than ever.

            'Stop crying,' she smilingly teased him while wiping a tear on his cheek that fell from one of his eyes.

            He caught her wrist and planted a kiss on the back of her palm.

            'I love you,' he whispered to her.

            'I love you too, and thank you,' she whispered back."

            Which love is greater? Which love lasts longer? Which love will make you feel true and complete happiness?
