*** An Open Letter to my dearest friends and New Generation ****

I went out for a walk with my brother. He was 7 years younger than me. Our talk on a certain matter reminded me of the great difference of then and now.

In my time, though we already have phones and good technology, our lives don't always revolve around them. We always longed for those times we can be together and just use our phones to document the event.

In today's time...it seems that almost everyone are very dependent on social media. [I'm not saying that it's bad because I know very well that it's very helpful] but I do get worried when people especially the youth are using the media to seek comfort — to escape from their reality.

My dear friends, no one has lived a perfect life. We all have our own trials which neither less nor more than the others. We all have our sufferings. We cry. We have thoughts of giving up this life. We all have our broken moments.

But if we have faith and trust in God's plan, if we seek his comfort and thirst for his love...these pain and brokenness will turn into blessings.

In times of need and suffering, depend on the Lord. Always pray with sincerity, joy and grateful heart.

For me, I'll use this opportunity to reach your hearts and give testimonies of my journey with God. I'll pray for you, my beloved.

May the Lord bless you with His warmth, peace and comfort. 💙
