I grabbed my things and stood up, slowly walking to the door. I waited for the train to to stop and after the doors finally opened I got off. I stepped out and onto the busy platform before looking around the train station as I searched for the exit, not knowing where to go since it was my first time being in Munich. On my phone I had saved the address of the hotel I was staying so I quickly looked it up and then decided to go by train again since it was quite far to walk.
Another half an hour later I finally stood in the small room of the hotel. I plopped down onto the big bed and sighed.
'I'm gonna see Shawn tonight!'
The thought let a smile grow on my face. I still had a few more hours until I had to get ready for the concert. So I just laid on the bed and scrolled through instagram, blasting Shawn's music on my phone. My whole body felt warm and all giddy and I couldn't wait for tonight.

Finally the time had come so I jumped out of the bed. Grabbing some jeans, a top and my Shawn hoodie I started to get ready, brushing my hair and spraying some of Shawn's perfume onto my neck. After I was all set I smiled at myself in the mirror. Let's do this!
I grabbed my key card and made sure I didn't forget anything then I left the hotel. I only needed around 15 minutes to walk through the park so I could reach the arena. As soon as I spotted the first people waiting in front of the entrance the butterflies in my stomach started to go wild. I was still a little early and there weren't that many people here yet. I joined them and patiently waited for the doors to open.
After a while it started to get crowded in front of the arena until finally the mass of people started to move as the doors opened. I had my ticket and ID ready in my hands and slowly walked further with the crowd.
The lady at the entrance smiled at me as she scanned my ticket.
"Have fun!" She said.
"Thank you!" I walked past her and another person handed me a lighting bracelet.
Since I still had a little time left I made my way over to the merch stand, already knowing what I would get.
When it was my turn I told the guy working there what I want and he quickly walked off to get my things.
"There you go!" he handed me my shirts and I paid, thanking him. I tried to get out of the small crowd around me and once I was on the side I quickly took off my hoodie and pulled my newly bought Tour T-Shirt over my head, my hoodie wrapping around my waist. Then I searched for the right entrance that would led me inside to my seat.
Once I found it I walked up the stairs and suddenly stood inside the big hall, looking over the stage and b-stage. My breath was knocked out for a second as I admired the beautiful giant rose that towered over the small platform in the middle of the big hall. I felt sparks flying through my whole body and I smiled happily, not believing that I was actually standing here.
I quickly found my seat and sat down. I unlocked my phone and saw a new message of my friend, asking me how it was. For the past year I had annoyed her with my fangirling over Shawn and counting down the days until this exact day. We sat next to each other at school every day and I had talked about this night all the time.
I texted her back, saying I was now inside and the concert would start soon and sent her a photo of the beautiful rose. I quickly checked the time one last time and realized it was almost time for the support act, Alessia Cara, to come on stage.
Just then the lights turned off and her band started playing. Alessia walked onto the stage and started her show. I only knew a few songs of her and sang along to the lines I knew. She was absolutely amazing and you could tell that she had so much fun up on that stage. Before I even knew it her set was over and the lights turned back on.
