NICK P.O.V.: I don't lie when I tell you that my body started shaking a little bit when I heard her laugh. I was nervous, and angry at Joe, and happy to see her but afraid of being an asshole again.

Joe: really bro, this wasn't planned...it just happened

Nick: and how on earth did this happen?

Joe: Sophie told me this morning that she invited Demi after I told her that I invited you

Nick: you could've told me once you knew it

Joe: yea I could've...but I didn't because...because you needed this anyways (he shrugged)

Nick: I just told you that I'm not ready and there she is...on the other side of the wall

Nick: oh really? So am I supposed to say hi and nothing more until I leave?
