Sophie POV:

"Miss Foster! Get in here right now!" Sandor yelled.

Sophie channeled some more energy into her legs, speeding away from Sandor and finally reaching a clearing where she could see Jupiter making it's way towards them, despite the dark ocean. It was really, really almost here. It blocked out the sun!

After a moment, she was joined by Sandor, who was for some reason barely panting.

"Miss Foster, you can't just run away like that! You're my charge, so stay with me." he said.

"I need to see this, though." Sophie told him.

They were joined by Fitz, Keefe and Biana a moment later, followed by their scowling bodyguards.

"I . . . saw you run . . ." Fitz said, panting.

"I needed to see this, don't you?" she asked, jerking her chin to the planet that was charging at them at full speed.

"Well . . . it's . . . terrifying . . . too," Biana said, who looked ready to collapse. Sophie guessed they had forgotten to channel.

"Besides . . . won't we be killed . . . when the planet . . . comes crashing down?" Keefe asked.

"Wow, you're actually serious. Who knew?" Sophie grinned.

"I . . . think he's right," Fitz glanced at the planet. "As much as I hate to admit it. That think looks like it's going to crash in a few minutes. And maybe come down even to Altantis."

"Besides . . . I think we're better off safe than sorry." Biana added, finally catching her breath.

"And looks like some people are finally being sensible." Sandor glared at Sophie.

"I don't think we'll die when it crashes," Sophie mumbled. "I'm pretty sure, according to the physics I learned in my human life, that it'll just graze us."

"I'm not risking your life at 'pretty sure', Miss Foster. You're going back into that cramped little hideout until the crash has happened." Sandor said.

"Same with you two," Grizel said to Fitz and Biana.

"And me?" Keefe asked, feigning hurt and clasping a hand to his heart.

"You'll get in there with Blondie and everyone else or tomorrow morning, you'll wake up covered in flesh-eating bacteria," Ro snarled. "If you live to see tomorrow."

"Okay, okay!" Keefe said, holding his hands in the air. "I surrender."

The group began running back towards the hideout, but apparently not fast enough.

They were just opening the big metal door inside the Matchmaking building (or all of the ones in Atlantis, why this one? Sophie still had WAY too many worries about her "unmatchable" status) when Sophie looked up.

Jupiter had arrived. And she was wrong.

It wasn't going to just graze them, but full-on crash into them.

Sophie's eyes widened, the incoming shape of Jupiter reflecting in her brown eyes.
