After my sister was born that's when things started to shift for the worst. My mom felt as if we were a mistake. She started getting hard on drugs. Then she started beating us but I took them for my sister she was only a baby .

I remember coming home a few weeks later to mom crying on the couch. That's when I realized that she was sad and things were on her mind.

'Mommy you ok?' I asked

' Baby your going to have a little baby sister' she said

'Really!' I said really excited

'Yeah' She forced a smiled, When she said that her smile didn't really go with her facial expression

' Aren't you happy mommy?' I said

' Yes baby, Now go do your homework and take a nap' she replied

I did as a was told and I did just that and that was 12 years ago now I'm 16

Present time

' Angel, come on I gotta go to school and so do you!' I yelled

' I'm coming!' She answered while she came down the stairs all ready with her hair out and curly

Angel was beautiful but mama told her she wasn't because of her drug use. Angel was Carmel toned color with hazel Brown eyes that changed to blue in the sun. She had black curly hair but it changed to brown in the winter. She was the definition of flawless and she was only 6

I got in the car so I could drive her to school and go to school as well.

' Angel you gonna be a good today?' I asked her

' Yes, I'm always good I stay on green everyday!' she replied with enthusiasm in her voice, her voice sounded like an Angel I guess that name really suited her.

I picked her up when I got to her school and signed her in.

' Have a good day, I'm going to pick you up as always. Don't talk or take rides from anyone even if they said I say so. Unless they make you talk to me on the phone, ok?' I told her.

I know it might seem much, but I tell her that everyday so she understands.

I kissed her and got in the car and drove to school.

This was my everyday routine and I had to keep going for three more years.
