I picked up Angel and brought her inside.

' Hey she's my mother whether or not she's not great. You can't be calling her out her name like that. Plus I didn't come here to argue I came here to tell you that I think Angel and I are going to stay here until I get on my feet. ' I informed him

' Finally, but y'all can't stay here this is the first place she'd guess you'd be at. Guessing from what Shit she pulled last time you gonna have to stay with my boy. ' he told me

' What?! No way! First off I don't even know this guy for all I know he could be a rapist. Secondly I was never informed about this and lastly I planned to stay her temporarily not at some persons house I don't even know. Matter of fact trust! ' I yelled at him

' Yo chill, you gonna be ova there but you living with me. It's like if she ever comes with the ops you not here but ova at my boys. in that way you'll be more safe baby girl. ' He told me.

He voice was so soft and showed he cared maybe this was for the best.

I but on my shirt and ran downstairs

' Really? ' I asked him like I already told him how I felt

'Yes' Really that's all he said?

' I already met him and I don't feel comfortable with him Brandon! ' I informed him

' You don't even know him so why you judging him?' He asked me

' I'm not after he said that Angel was going to steal something from his house, you think I'm going to be okay with that?! You said I could stay here if I wanted but when I do I get sent to someone else! I can't do this, I'll just leave. ' I replied and ran upstairs

' Aliyah come back here man! ' he yelled

' Yo man I think she needs space' Ernesto said

Who invited him into this, he's the cause of me getting angry!

I sat on the floor rocking back and forth thinking about what the future may hold for me. I don't think I'm ready and I just want someone who actually cares enough to listen and hold me tight. This world is just cold and I'm living in it going with the flow not knowing if I'm doing things right or wrong.

What was I going to do? Angel, how will I raise her? How am I going to do what I want in the future?

All these questions and I don't even know where I belong
