PERSONALITY

Minako's childhood and youth were spent in a highly militarized village mostly with her father Fourth Raikage A and uncle Killer Bee since her mother died early when she was only 10 years old. As a result of her upbringing, Minako is a straightforward, resourceful and persistent person with a flair for the arts, fashion, and music (partaking in Killer Bee's hobbies). She takes great pride over her heritage as a member of her prestigious family.

She is known to be spoiled with an air of entitlement but ultimately well-meaning and kindhearted.

Impulsive and willful, she often risks her life by boldly crashing towards her goal, only to either frantically charm and talk her way out of it or physically defend herself.

She has from time to time gone against her superior's orders and often speaks her mind when she disagrees with them.

She is extensively trained as an agent for KISU. Despite her flighty nature, she is considered to be a competent agent though still an underdog compared to her peers. She is not beyond using her beauty, flirting or seducing people to accomplish her missions and will continue charming people who she still can use.

She is as close as a sister to her childhood friends Karui and Omoi and is very protective of them even though she was separated from them after their sensei Yugito died.

Minako's pleasant exterior seemingly covers underlying insecurities of not living up to her clan's reputation and she tends to hide her problems from her friends and family.

She holds her father on a pedestal and believes him to be beyond reproach but later grows resentful of his lack of faith in her skills.

Minako did not excel in the Kumo Academy. Despite doing well on written exams, she had little to no skill in genjutsu or ninjutsu and had poor chakra control.

Because of this, she is often called the 4th Raikage's Shadow. Minako is also referred to by people with her mother's last name Saji because they do not consider her worthy to be the Fourth Raikage A's heir and seriously doubt her capacity to take over ruling Kumogakure after her father steps down.
