I've been caught. It's just the strangest thing. The Sasuke inside the cave apparently was a shadow clone. A decoy. While the Sasuke I met outside was the real thing.

Right now, the shadow clone has already dissipated, only the real Sasuke remains. And he seems dismayed with me. He's not saying anything. He never really does but he made me sit alongside him by the campfire while he opens his backpack. I am not sure exactly how things are supposed to go now. What exactly should I do in a situation like this?

"I couldn't sleep." I reason, breaking the silence between us to explain myself as I cross my arms.

Sasuke says nothing despite the fact that I am sure he could hear me. He continues fiddling with his bag. I can hear wolves howling at each other from a distance. They're communicating with each other. I can't say the same for me and Sasuke. With how things are going, wolves are better at establishing rapport with one another.

"I know." Sasuke finally speaks. He looks up at me and pulls out a plastic bag from inside his backpack. "I saw you shuffling around in your mat."

How odd. Being quite far away from where he slept, he couldn't have noticed it. It's so strange that he did. Maybe, he's a light sleeper.

"Here." Sasuke pulls something out of his bag. Stretching out his hand, he gives me something heavy wrapped in palm leaves. All I know is that it smells good and it's quite warm. I peel off the wrapping and see three pieces of grilled fish.

From my experience fishing with my dad ever since I was 5, I can easily tell that Sasuke had brought me a walleye, a bass, and a fallfish; all freshwater fish that he must have gotten from the creek.

"You gave Naga your hare." He points out to me and shrugs. "You didn't eat much."

I fix my gaze at Sasuke, unsure of what make of his actions.

The creek is a long way from where we are. It's beyond the wildflower field that we crossed a while back. It's even farther from the woods. And yet, Sasuke went there to fish because he saw me restless on my mat. He even went so far as to grill the fish before going back so Naga and I don't get bothered in the cave. He did all this because he thought I was hungry.
