• Northern Blue Goose - (fictional animal in the Soulbound Universe) a rare, endangered species of large goose endemic to the Land of Lightning. Its plumage ranges from lavender-blue to mid-blue in the crest, back, and wings, while its chest is white. Its tail is strongly barred with black, sky-blue, and white. The bill, legs, and eyes are all black. Males and females are almost identical, but the male is slightly larger. The black plumage on its nape, face, and throat varies extensively between individuals. It assists in recognition between individuals.

I don't know why, but it feels so familiar and yet so surreal. This moment. This memory. It embraces me like a warm, fleece blanket. I'm pleasantly trapped in a memory or a dream of an event that must have happened in my youth. A moment like this... it's something that should be etched in the corners of my mind. But, why does it feel so new?
All I'm certain of is that I exist in this time and in this space. I am aware of what's happening around me but still powerless to alter it. I am in my body. And yet, I have no control.
