My fingers traced the patterns imprinted on the palm of Jack's hand as we waited for the interviewer to get here. I began drawing shapes on his hands, but stopped abruptly when I realized what shape I was drawing. I pulled my hand away from his, setting in on my lap, hoping that he didn't realize what I drew too.
I pretended to be interested in Cass and Johnson's conversation, but I hardly knew what they were talking about. Something to do with football or some other sport, I had no idea of.
I was more interested in them then what the conversation was about. Even though, they were arguing on which team was better or which player was the best, both speaking with angry tones, trying to convince one another, their eyes sparkle, ruining the intentions of the fight. They looked more like a married couple, then two people fighting about something they both were really passionate about. It amazed me the way Cass's eyes shined brighter than ever before, and how her lips would curve into a small smile as she watched Johnson intently as looked so into the argument, waving his hands all around. I have never seen her like this before, and even if she knew it or not, I could tell that she has already fallen for this dirty-blonde haired boy. And by the way he looked at her, in admiration, I knew that he loves my sister. I'm not sure if he was in love with her just yet, but he might as well be on his way towards that.
My attention flicked back to Jack, when he grabbed my hand and placed it on his, our palms facing each other. He took out his other hand from inside his front pant pocket, tracing lines along my hand. He began to draw something that I really couldn't make out yet, on the skin of my hand.
After a minute or two, I finally made out the shape he was drawing. My eyes widened slightly in shock as I figured out that he indeed realize the shape I drew on him moments before, and copied it onto my hand. I smiled, as my eyes returned to their normal stance, placing my other hand over our overlapping hands and his drawing hand.
Who knew that the person I hated most in the world, would become one of the person I love most in the world? Who knew that the bully and victim would end up together? Who knew that they were both sitting next to each other, the victim leaning onto the bully? Who knew that the victim would draw a heart onto the palm of the bully's hand, surprising herself on how her feelings for her once, bully, had grown so quickly? And who knew that the bully would draw a heart on the victim's hand too, returning her feelings?
He looked up at me, smiling. My hand went up to his hair, ruffling it a bit, knowing that he doesn't like it when people do that, since he spent hours on making it look perfect. He didn't scowl nor look a tiny bit angry that I ruined his hair. He only smiled again, leaning up, while I tilted my head down. Our lips met halfway, and this kiss wasn't like any of the ones we had shared before. This one had more passion, than anything else. He didn't ask for entrance, and we didn't fight for dominance. We just gave each other little pecks on the lips, but that was all I needed from him, right now. It was all I needed to know that we felt the same way about each other.
He pecked me a few more times on the lips, before kissing me one last time, then pulling away.
"The pair of lovebirds," someone spoke. I looked up to see a guy dressed in a suit, holding a microphone, with a cameraman following closely behind him.
"Chris," the Jacks exclaimed, both of them giving the interviewer(?) a bro-hug.
"Okay, so let's get this started shall we," Chris said, taking a seat next to Jack.
The camera was pointed at us, and Chris counted '1..2..3..' before saying, "Hey what's up you guys! I'm here with the biggest artists! Collision is transcending into one of the biggest artists of all time and their boyfriends Jack & Jack are coming out like huge!"
"Thank you, but I don't know if I would call ourselves the biggest," Jack said, causing me to scoff with his fake modesty.
"You're scoffing over here. What would you say?" Chris directed the mic in front of me.
"Just that Jack didn't say that when I first met him. It was all you're going to fall for me because I'm hot and I'm a big star now."
"Well, look where we are now," he said, slinging his arm around my shoulder, planting a kiss on my cheek.
"Whatever," I scoffed, pushing him off me, a disgusted look on my face. My face was scrunched up, but I ended up laughing seconds later, wrapping my arms around his waist, hugging his side.
"There's our first lovely couple. Now what about you two?" Chris laughed, directing Cass and Jack.
"They're in love," I sing-songed.
Cass's face turned a bright red, as she stared down at the floor. "It's going great," Johnson spoke.
"Better than great. I think Lys is right," Jack agreed with me.
Cass cleared her throat, "Moving on."
We all laughed. "So Jack is Lys your pet name for Alyssa or is there anything else you call her, like princess or angel or cinnamon apple?"
"Lys. I call her Lys, and sometimes babe, because she just loves that."
"I'm actually annoyed by that-"
"Not anymore," Jack cuts in, smirking at me.
"Anyways, why do you call me Lys anyways?"
"Because no one calls you that, and I wanted it to be special."
"Aww. They're so cute. Why don't you have a cute and meaningful name for me, Jack?" Cass pouted, looking at her boyfriend.
"You can be my poo bear," he answered, pinching her cheeks.
"So who's the cute couple and who's the humor couple?"
"Cute couple is definitely Cass and Jack," I answered immediately. "The always do those tumblr poses and barely ever fight and they sometimes quote love songs to each other and they're adorable."
"The humor couple is Alyssa and Jack for sure," the other Jack answered, "The hated each other before, and the fact that they got together, is already so amusing. Plus, they always fight, but everyone knows they're just joking around with each, and you can tell they really like each other."
"Well, maybe I still hate him, and just plotting to throw him in the oven and go run away to some tropical island with Alex from Target," I stated, shrugging my shoulders.
Jack looked at me with one of his eyebrows up slightly, squinting his eyes. "I have a weird ass girlfriend."
"Agree with you on that one," my twin sister said.
"Learned from the best," I said, shooting a smirk at her.
Chris continued to ask us more questions about our relationship, tour, and anything the fans wanted to know about it.
-----
"Would you really ditch me for Alex from Target?" Jack asked after the interview.
"I mean, he's hot."
Jack caught me by surprise, when his arms wrapped around my legs, lifting me up. I placed my hands on his shoulders to keep my balance, as he twirled me around.
"Put me down!"
"My girlfriend just said another guy is hot so no."
"You're the only hot guy in my life," I said, winking playfully at him.
"Oh, is that so?" he smirked, setting me on my feet.
Instead of answering him, I placed my lips over his. "Does that answer your question?"
He placed his finger on his chin, and pretended to look as if he was in deep thought. "I'm not sure. How about you try that again?"
I kissed him again, and all the butterflies in my stomach exploded, and I was sure that I was way past the point of liking him.
this chapter is so lame, but i wanted a chapter to just focus on their relationship with no drama whatsoever. plus, this chapter has more on cass and jack's relationship. oh, and a heads up, there will be drama in the next chapter. and i thought it was necessary to add alex from target lmao.
