I run away, but before I could make my escape, I am stopped by someone. Well, more like bumped into someone, then falling to the ground, as did the other person.

I got up quickly and wiped the the dirt from my butt. “Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry! I should have watched where-” I stopped once my eyes landed on the person I had bumped into. “Madison.”

“Hey Alyssa. I’m glad I caught you before you left,” she smiled at me, picking herself up.

“I know I agreed to be friends with you, and honestly that would be great, but now’s not the right time,” I said nervously, not wanting to sound rude or anything.

“Actually, that’s not what I wanted to talk to you about. Though, that would be great if we can hang out sometime soon. Anyways, I wanted to talk to you about Jack.”

“I don’t want to talk about him right now,” I dismissed her.

“I understand that, but you have to understand how bad he feels for hurting you. He’s been living in regret every since that day. You don’t even know the amount of times he had kept me up late to talk to me about it.”

“I remember one night, we were talking about it for what seemed like the hundredth time, and he finally broke. He was crying.” I gasped. “Imagine how shocked I was run a went into his room and found him sitting on his bed crying, holding a picture frame he had placed on his bedside table. It was a simple picture with both you giving cheeky grins to each other.” My heart ached as I remembered the day the picture took place.

We were in Florida and were roaming around the mall, hand in hand. I had begged him to take me shopping for some summer clothes and bikini, considering it was burning in that state. Him being the good boyfriend he was, agreed, but I think it was only because I had mentioned that he would help me choose my bikini for me. Boys will be boys, right?

We had bumped into a fan and she offered to take a picture of us, instead of asking for us to take a picture with her. I found that odd, but I didn’t want to let her down, so of course I said yes.

She had whipped out her Canon camera and pointed it at us. She was standing there, waiting for us to do some kind of pose, I guess. We weren’t really the creative kind when it came to things like this, so we did the lamest thing ever.

We looked at each other, with love in our eyes. He reached up to cup my cheek, and I placed my hand on top of us. Before she even took the picture, we bursted out laughing at our intense gaze and the fact that our relationship be photographed. It threw us off a little and we were just weirded out by it.
