"Prince Roman! I must insist you slow down!" Cried his uptight advisor. Logan had never been one for riding a Pegasus, especially when they were air born. Roman laughed, breaking his trusted steed into a sharp dive, clinging on to its' silvery mane.
"C'mon, Logan! Live a little!" He yelled back, secretly delighted with the green shade on his friends' face. His Pegasus flew low, slowing down at his command, over the Glowing Forest.
Logan slowly pulled in line with the Prince, breathing hard - he was hugging his steeds' neck so tightly, he looked as though he may never let go. "That... was awful..." He breathed.
Roman laughed. "Sorry, Lo! How about we visit Pat's' bakery to cheer you up?"
"That," Logan straightened, adjusting his glasses, "would be most satisfactory. I assume we are heading there now?"
"You know it, nerd!" Roman grinned. "Come on, I'll race you to it!" Logan sighed as the prince hurtled off. A minute later he returned sheepishly. "I headed in the opposite direction, didn't I?"
Sighing, the royal advisor allowed himself a smirk before leading his tiring charge towards the city.

Cabina City was a beautiful, bustling, bright city. Its' market drew visitors from all across the Realm because of its' infamous beauty and food - from merchants to peasants, it was a lovely place to be.
And, during market week especially, Patton Baker's' bakery was teeming with guests. The bakery was called 'Cooking Cookies', and was set up by a charity which's' aim was to help disabled kids. The moment Roman and Logan entered, the loud chatter fell silent and every person bowed instantly, chorusing, "Prince Roman," with the most respect one could hold in two words.
Roman, naturally, basked in the attention whereas Logan cleared his throat, as if shy. That was when Patton Baker himself stepped in from the kitchen and gave a squeal of delight upon seeing his friends. "Ro! Lolo! You guys are here!"
Chatter quickly returned to normal after that and Roman strolled cockily up to Patton. "Hey there, dad!" He smiled.
"Salutations, Patton." Logan said.
Patton's' face blossomed in happiness and he clapped his hands together. "And what can I get my fine friends on this fine day? Also, Roman," Patton leaned across the counter, suddenly apprehensive and serious.
Roman frowned leaning so Patton could whisper in his ear: "Picked up any cute guys?"
"P-Pat!" He cried loudly, cheeks going red. "You should know I am on a solo quest of loving myself!"
"Narcissistic." Logan coughed into his fist.
Roman punched his advisor playfully, ignoring the protesting squeal. "We'll... Uh, I'll get a 'Fluff-a-chino' and a big slice of that 'Salted Caramel Chocolatey Sugar Crunch Cake'." His eyes scanned the menu hoisted up above the counter, choosing out the most sugary ones.
Logan rolled his eyes, fixing his sleeve cuff. "Assuming the Prince wants diabetes and knowing I don't, I'll simply order a slice of the 'Victoria Jam-Jam Sponge' and a plain coffee." He narrowed his eyes at Patton. "By 'plain coffee', I mean no liquid sugar."
Patton huffed, eyes glittering happily. "One time, Logan! It was on time! It wasn't that much of a big deal!"
"It caused me an infinitesimal amount of worry, Patton."
"Sure thing, Lolo. And will our dashing Prince Roman pay the terrifying price of $15.76?"
"He would, but this dashing Prince Roman has decided that instead he will await the rewards of nearly making the villainous Logan James throw up on a mere Pegasus flight." Ignoring Logan's' red face, he turned his charming smile to Patton. "Put it on my fathers' tab."
Patton giggled loudly, tapping something into the I-Pad he had. "Alrighty! I'll finish up my shift soon and chat with you guys - it's been a while!"
"Patton..." frowned Logan. "We were talking with you on Tuesday."
"Yeah, but now it's, like, Thursday! Do you know how many things could've happened within a day?!" He widened his puppy eyes theatrically. "So many things could've happened, Logan... and I wouldn't know!"
Logan looked at Patton. Roman knew that Logan would fall for the small mans' big eyes in 5, 4, 3, 2-
"Fine. Besides, your company is adequate and I'd enjoy someone slightly more responsible than Roman to engage me in a remotely intelligent conversation." Sighed Logan.
Roman's' eyes widened. New record.
Patton squealed with delight, and skipped into the kitchen to announce the order. Roman and Logan headed to a clear table.
When they had sat down, Logan raised an eyebrow quizzically at Roman who was sitting there with a cocky smirk.
"What?" Said the advisor.
"'Lolo' ?"Roman replied, smirk widening as his friend went red.
"Shut up."
"Ah, don't be so rude to royalty, my dear sir!"
"I apologize. Please shut up."

First chapter posted! I didn't want to make it too long, and I hope someone reads this. Not bad for a first try, right? Anyone waiting for Virgil to bring his anxious ass to the stage needs to wait but don't worry! He's coming soon!
For the first chapter, I just wanted to slowly half explain what's going on and show everyone the relationship between Princey, Patton and Logan.
There's nothing else to say, so I'll just say: Thanks for reading and I hope you await the chapter with the same excitment as Roman is awaiting his 'Salted Cameral Chocolatey Sugar Crunch Cake'! Good bye~~
