Roman nodded at Deceit's' point. "I agree, fortifying our cities to stop these men seems like the best option to take, but we can't spread our forces too thin."

"He's right, Dark King." An advisor said. The advisor's' name was Andrew and he was rather nice - but he wasn't Logan. He never actually advised, he just supported. At least Logan had an opinion. Arthur just repeated things, like a parrot."We can't spread our forces too thin."

"But we have Remus's' troll army. Granted, it may not sound good but these past five years to work with peaceful minds has let us grow our military - these trolls are now faster ad stronger and, dare I say it, organised." Deceit said, ignoring Remus's' proud smile. "Besides, you have your fairies!"

Roman frowned. "Who are being used to magically fortify our borders. We can't stop our fairies just so we can protect every person in every realm."

Remus cleared his throat. "If I may say, which I will, the best plan would be to send my trolls and your human army to find the portal while your friends are scouting ahead. It means they'll have reinforcements just an imps' eye away!"

"Finally, Remus, a good idea! I knew you had it in you somewhere!" Philip sighed with teasing amusement, glancing at his friend.

Remus beamed back at him with an annoying look in his eye. "Juicy butthole."

"I spoke too soon." Philip sighed in friendly annoyance - he'd learned to put up with this, whereas it still grossed Roman out.

Deceit ignored his husbands' antics. "Anyway, Roman. Remus's' idea is a good one. I'll lead the armies myself if you wish."

Roman tried to hide his surprise with a stunned laugh. "You?"

"Do you doubt my capability?" The other King frowned in hostile defence.

"No, I'm just surprised! I mean, sure, you can do that! But who will care for your Realm?"

"Remus."

Almost everyone in the room laughed, except for Deceit and Remus.

Remus pouted. "What's so funny?" Almost everyone ignored him.

Deceit was now annoyed and flicked his wrist. Everyones' hand suddenly clamped over there mouth tightly, stopping the laughter instantly. "You think he can't?" Deceit inquired in a cold voice.

Roman peeled his hand away from his mouth. "He's far too, well, headstrong. How do you know that you can put him in such an important position?"

"He trained all the trolls. This will be even easier - besides, he'll be working with you." Deceit answered with an icy glare. "Wouldn't you jusssst love that, Roman?"

"Uh, sure?" Roman shrugged. He'd hate it.

"Good. It's decided. Remus will take temporary charge of my Realm while I lead the armies to find this King Thomas." Deceit smirked, leaning back slightly.

Roman thought about protesting but decided against it.

 Remus beamed. "I'm important!"
