As I walked back home from the movie theaters with my feet aching from the long walk, my stomach was twirling from hunger and my head hurting due to over thinking. I couldn't wait to just walk the doors of my house and jump in bed. As I got closer to my house I saw two cars parked in front. Great just what I needed visitors on this shit of a day.

I heard kids running inside and a woman's familiar voice.

"Mami (mom)." I heard one of the kids scream. O my gosh my sister is here. I ran inside with my sore feet. I dashed the door open and all eyes were on me. My sister was sitting down with her husband and my brother. On the other side 2 little girls where laughing my nieces. They look big from the last time I saw them. A huge smile was placed on my face but it disappeared when my FATHER came walking from the kitchen.

"Kim." My sister said once she saw me.

"Melody are you pregnant or did you gain some weight while we were gone?" I laughed.

"How can you say that to your little nephew."

"Its a boy." I nearly jumped.

"Are you that happy?"

"Yes, I mean you have a girl and Joseph has a girl." I looked at my brother (Joseph) and he smiled. "And now finally a little boy."

"I'm proud of you Melody." My dad snapped as he walked next to me.

"Im going to my room. talk to you later Melody, Joseph once this man leaves."

"Kimberly Matias respect your father." My mom came out of no where with my fathers little daughter.

"Father? He is no father to me." I almost shouted at her.

"Kimberly." My brother yelled.

"Don't its true I left her when she was just a little girl." My father said stopping Joseph from yelling at me.

"As long as you know." I rolled my eyes but felt a hand slap my face.

"Give him a chance Kim HE's trying." She shouted at me and I could see the frightened face on my nieces. They both ran next to my sister and my brother.

"Linzy don't do th..." My mom didn't let my father finish his sentence.

"Im your mother and he is your father wether you like it or not."

"Daddy." My little sister cried out and went running to him. He hugged his legs and that hurt. What day is it today? Hurting Kim's day. I find out my boyfriend well ex-boyfriend is a soon to be father. My fathers daughter hugged him a way I never could. My mom slaps me, I guess the only good thing was seeing my older siblings.

The tears ran down my cheek before I even noticed. My heart ached in a way a never thought possible.

"What did you expect me to accept you after you left me and I never received your love. Then you come back with a little brat I have to accept as a sister and I have seen your love for her. I never had that. As for you when have you ever even noticed me? When have you been a mom?Your work was always more important than me and you know that. The only people I had were Melody and Joseph yet they left when I was only ten."

"I was very immature when I left and I know that but at that time the company fired me I had no money to maintain a family. I left because I thought I couldn't give you what you deserve."

"Leaving me was worst than not giving me what I deserve."

"Im sorry."

"Me too." My mom said after that.

"Just leave me alone."

"Unnie." My little sister called out. Her eyes were full of tears. She kept walking towards me and handed me a small box.

"Here, I made this for you."

"Well thank you Dory." I almost rolled my eyes but didn't. Just imagine the little girl crying again.

I walked up stairs to my room and buried my face in my pillow. Why is it when ever Im happy something happens. A knock on my door and it was swung open.

"Hey." Melody came in.

"If you are going to talk about what happened down their drop it."

"All I want to say is you should give them a chance. Maybe that would make your life a little less frustrating."

"I need time."

"Now tell me whats wrong besides family problems."

"Nothing."

"I know you better than you know yourself."

I cant tell her whats happening. I need to make up an excuse. I mean how do you explain to your sister about your ex-boyfriend getting a girl pregnant when he said he loves me.

"Just a lot of school work."

"Okay Ill pretend I believe you."

I looked down on my lap and started to play with my fingers. Melody grabbed one of my hands and placed on her belly. The baby was kicking. I felt tears run down my cheek. I will not get to see this little boy hardly. I wont see him grow up. I wish she could move to Korea but unfortunately she has a great job and so does her husband.

"Kimberly their is someone here to see you." Joseph announced from downstairs. "He says his name is Youngmin."
