Chapter 32: Tattling

Jimin had finished dressing himself, and had somehow gotten the zombie he'd slept in his bed with to finally get up, off of his bed.

Though he had to coax him a little for that to happen.

"Just hurry and get dressed. We've got to leave. Like now."

The thought of Tae saying this scares him a little. Because most of the time, he's not this serious, and it makes Jimin shiver at the thought of Tae knowing something that he doesn't know.

But he'd calmed down slightly, knowing that Tae would eventually tell him. Maybe when they left, though.

But the realization that they'd have to avoid Them hit Jimin like a truck, abruptly stopping his thoughts, and going to get his bag ready again with as much as he could, with the little time he had.

He rushed in filling it with important and necessary items because, with how Tae had acted, he knew it had to be serious enough to freak Tae out so much that he'd gone stone cold, no emotion in his face besides the slight shaken look that occupied his face.

Rushing in zipping his bag closed, he threw it over his shoulder, and had grabbed the zombie's wrist, signalling they needed to go now.

The zombie somehow understanding, followed along, trying to quicken its pace at the rush.

Meeting with Tae at the gates, zombie wearing a dark, big hoodie to hide its face, Jimin had met up, sparing a small "hey".

Scanning to find the gaurd they'd talked with last time, they weren't there, which meant that he could switched or changed positions with someone else, but Jimin didn't think that was likely.

"Tae, what is it that's gotten you so shaken up? Knowing you, it's got to be something big." Jimin said, wondering what made Tae act so different.

"I'll tell you when we make our way out to the zombie's bitten spot. Can't say here, might get caught or in trouble." Tae responded, eyes wary and searching for something to seemingly go wrong, or be found out.

Finally making their way out of the gates and on the gravel trail, they make it quite a ways out before Tae decides to finally stop, semi abruptly, and give Jimin a long, hard stare before saying "They know about the zombie, Jimin. I heard some night guards chatting about that one guard, and about how he tattled on us. Saying something along the lines of 'I saw two boys bringing in a weird, unresponsive being, thing, whatever you wanna call it. It seemed odd, so I though I'd give you guys notice of it. That's all.' Jimin. That's why im so weary. They may or may not know about Jungkook being zombie, given how the guard described him. Now let's get going, before They trail us down and do something we might not like. Besides, we've got to get to his biting spot."

At all this information being given to him all at once, Jimin went wide-eyed, terrified of the thought that They might know, and could possibly be hunting them down, going to torture them and use Jungkook against them.

"Taehyung, oh my god... why... why didn't tell me this before?"

"Because Jimin, I didn't want them to hear us talking, finding out our names, and submitting us into whatever pain and torturing they have for us for hiding and bringing in a 'deadly' being, which could ultimately end up hurting, harming, or even killing and turning everybody else. I don't think they know our names, but they know our faces, which could jeopardize things either way, giving us a 50/50 chance at escaping their unrelenting grasp. That, my friend, is why I didn't tell you. I didn't want them finding out our names." Tae had practically rapped, huffing and out of breath after.

Jimin went slack-jawed.

Would They find all three, possibly bringing harm upon them?

Would they get to Jungkooks biting spot, eventually finding out more?
