Jimin had taken a deep breath to help focus himself for what he was about to do.
His heart was beating a million times a minute and his mind was going in circles, swirling around so much that he felt every emotion possible. But pushed past it.
He had gone in closer and connected his lips with Jungkook's, feeling how they molded together perfectly, almost too perfect.
But as he'd gone in to kiss Jungkook, he could practically feel all eyes on him and could hear every judgy remark and comment made.
But all of that was mute compared to the pleasure and pure euphoria he was feeling when he'd finally kissed Jungkook for the second time.
While kissing him, Jimin could feel more warmth radiating from Jungkook, so he took a step back and what he'd seen had blown him away.
After stepping back and looking straight up at Jungkook, Jimin could actually see just how much his love had really changed Jungkook. His skin was warmer in color and his eyes had gotten more blue.
He still didn't understand what it was about his kiss and love that changed the other, but he went back in for another kiss.
He hadn't begun to even understand why kissing had helped him, but he assumed it had been enough for the judge to go back on his word, seeing as the man had been in thought for a couple seconds.
After they had kissed, the room went completely silent, waiting for the judge's executive decision.
Minute after deadening minute passed as Jimin watched the judge whisper things between him and the sharp-eyed man he still didn't know the name of.
The silence was almost deafening, even with no noise.
But they say silence can be the loudest thing.
"We've come to a decision, everyone." The judge spoke, breaking the eerie silence that had taken place just seconds before.
There was a quiet murmur that took place as many were curious as to what the judge and the sleek man were discussing just moments before.
"The overall vote on this... case stands as the offender will be sent to his death." The judge stated aloud for everyone to hear.
Jimin was for sure in pure shock and awe.
He couldn't actually, really believe the judge had taken their side on this, not that he'd thought the guy would've taken the other guy's side because he's the one who started it all, but you never know.
Jimin had to stop and take a deep breath just to really make sure he really did hear th judge's words right.
He was so relieved and happy for their outcome that he turned to Jungkook again and locked his lips with the zombie's, feeling the seductive heat leaching onto his own warm lips, thankful that he was the one able to turn the zombie back to human.
After a few minutes passed of him kissing Jungkook, he thought he needed to visit the judge and ask him what it was that had made him send the gate man off to his rightful death.
So in suit, Jimin quickly broke the kiss and went straight towards the gray-haired judge who had begun walking off towards his back room.
"YOUR HONOR!!" Jimin practically screamed to get his attention. "WAIT." After a few yells, he finally caught his attention, thankful for the ambient noise in the room.
The judge had quickly heard him and turned to look at him with wide eyes.
"Yes, Mr. Park?" The judge began speaking, wondering what his quick client had to say to him.
After finally getting his undivided attention, Jimin took a deep breath and started to speak.
"I was wondering why you chose us instead."
