Chapter 71: Found

As Taehyung had rushed over to Jimin, Minha and Jungkook, he had figured that they would want to know why he'd stayed back just a bit.

Of course, there was no way he wasn't sharing what he had just been told, either.

Nearing upon his group of friends, Tae had sucked in a few harsh breaths, slightly panting at the burning pair of lungs inside him.

"Yah!!! Guys!! Slow down. I need to tell you guys something!!! Its important!!" Tae said, raising his voice for his friends to hear him.

"Hey, Tae. What is it?" Minha questioned, look of concern wearing down her features.

"Yeah, Tae. What's going on?" Jimin began, beckoning all of the other's attention back to him as he'd spoken, booming his voice to be heard amongst the chaos.

"Well... uh..." Tae began, feeling almost choked up at the information that he was about to bestow upon his closest, loving friends.

"Come on. We don't have all day." Jimin spoke, bringing up his hand and pointing his two fingers at the other two standing idly by him, taking in everything going on around them.

"Um... I, um... was talking with the guard by the gate... and, he said those other guys brought him, back to the interrogation room. We... we should go to it and listen in." Tae muttered, feeling shy and anxious from all the attention being poured down onto him.

"Taehyung. Look at me." Jimin began, voice carrying a certain authority with it.

At Jimin's calling, Tae found himself looking up at Jimin, feeling small under the other's powerful gaze.

"We were going there anyway. Were you spaced out from your little episode or something?" Jimin said, catching his shy bestfriend's attention with his sharp, gleaming eyes.

"O-oh..." Was all Tae had said before dropping his gaze, continuing on forward with the others, feeling stupid.

After a few ungodly minutes of tiring walking, they had all made their way inside the building, looking for the interrogation room.

"I bet it's that room." Minha stated, catching the others' attention by pointing off to a room just off to the left of the hallway, words 'Interrogation Room' inscribed on the door.

"Yes, I think it's that room, judging by the words on the door." Jimin began, starting to walk towards the door that would lead them to the truth of the huge matter on their hands.

And so they kept on, going towards the door that would give them the answers they were so desperate for.

After reaching said door, they had all halted before it, not ready just yet to face the truth that was about to go down in the room of the higher powers in the sanctuary.

It was almost frightening, how far they've come.

One day they were just scavanging for any food and supplies they could get their hands on, and the next, they were finding out so many important things, daunting things that had lead to why the world was why it was today.

Finding out why and how so many things had happened for the world to turn out the way it was, and who had been held responsible, something of which they would all find out after listening in to the interrogations, pleas, and many more faculty judgings going on.

So in lieu of finding out the truth, Jimin had held up his hand in the other's direction as if telling them to stay put whilst he put his ear against the door, which was held tightly and securely shut so no trespassers may enter.

"Jimi-" Tae began, only to be cut off by his bestfriend in favor of hearing the goings on in the other room.

Slowly leaning in closer, Jimin honed in on the others on the other side of the wall.

"I HAD TO GET REVENGE!!!!!"

I will be working on Apocalyptic Romance next, seeing as there were far too many titles being suggested as the next book, so therefore Apocalyptic Romance will be next.
