Chapter 49: Ominous

As the four of them had been walking, Minha had been the one to spot the building she'd been injected in first.

"Hey, guys. I see it. That is the building my father took me to and left me at. let's hurry and go check it out. That way we'll know if the vial they used on me is anything similar to what Jungkook has. What he got bitten and infected with." Minha spoke, ordering the two out of there haze of thoughts.

Not Jungkook though, as he is a zombie and just absentmindedly stares off into where.

"That's the building you were injected in?" Jimin began, nudging the zombie behibd him along, helping him keep up with them. "Looks creepy. Like no one's been inside for a while."

"Yeah... I think after everything, the whole plant explosion and all, everyone ran off, afraid of becoming what Jungkook is. I even think I remember seeing a room on the way in the building that was blacked out. It looked like it had test tubes and things inside, but I can't remember and I wasn't able to tell, since I was shorter then..." Minha said, sparing the building a dreadful glance.

"Aren't you nervous to be going back to where you had horrible things happen to you?" Tae spoke, wondering how Minha was going to handle everything.

"No, because what's done is done, plus I know how to protect myself, so I know if anyone decides to jump out at us, I'll be able to handle myself." Minha said, getting the shivers from remembering her past at this horrible place.

After what had been a couple more minutes of continous walking, they happened upon the slightly dilapidated, corroded building.

"Woah..." Jimin began, eyeing everything "I never knew this place was here...".

Jimin had never known this place was here, because he lived on the very opposite side of town, where nobody spoke of the plant.

He wondered why, if this was how everything would end up.

Finally standing outside the entrance of the building, Jimin had the chills throughout his body.

Because mainly, he was terrified of what they would most likely see in here.

And hopefully not run into trouble.

"This is it guys. Are you backing out? This is your only chance to, because once I'm in, I'm going to figure everything out." Minha said, glancing around the broken cement entrance of the building that held many secrets.

"Hell nah," Tae said, gearing up for whatever was inside.

"Nope. We've come too far to quit, and zombie boy here has no choice. So it looks like we're all going." Jimin suddenly spoke, breaking the stiff air between them.

They were ready for whatever would come their way, someone suddenly jumping at them, a horde of zombies, you name it.

"Great. Let's go." Minha stated, making her way through the dark premises of the entrance.

"Yeah, let's go." Tae agreed, following suit after Minha.

"I guess we're going, zombie. Get inside, we're going before I change my mind." Jimin muttered the last part, already dreading whatever may come.

Finishing what he said, Jimin gently nudged Jungkook forward.

But he seemed a little hesitant.

For what reason, Jimin had no clue.

Unless the building and what it contained made Jungkook nervous for some reason, which again, Jimin had no idea and reasoning of or for.

He just thought it a little weird that a zombie nonetheless was hesitant to enter there, even if it was a little dreery looking.

But then again, what reason was there for Jimin to believe that there may hsve been something or someone inside to keep him from entering, let alone believe or trust anythinh the zombie did.

But now wasn't the time to question.

They had to keep going.
